Harmony grits her teeth as the lightning sears the side of her ribcage, but manages to stay up on shaky feet. She makes a retaliatory strike, saying, "Your goddess has abandoned you. It's a shame you won't live to see her fall."Nudging Petmailer with the side of her foot, she mutters, "Get up and fight. We aren't done here."
Petmailer’s eyes open, visions of the dragon fade from his eyes, and he hears Harmony’s voice. “We aren’t done here....”. Everything sounds muffled to him. He stands up and gets ahold of his sword and shield again, can smell the burned flesh from his chest. He glared at Cyanwrath and spits at his feet. “C’mon you son of a *****. We aren’t done with you yet.” He puts his hand over on the statue of Tiamat, pushing it over if he can. He braces himself for Cyanwrath and attempts to dodge him if he comes at him.

Back when Petmailer took the chance to try to attack, the strike missed.
Confident as he was that he could crush this group all by himself, he's taken aback when he sees Gunra take on the blast of his lightning breath and seemingly become stronger by it, the strike of his axe hitting down hard. He coughs blood as he takes a step back, but hisses in pain when Harmony stabs him.
A garbled string of insults in Draconic leave his mouth as he swings his sword at them. The proudful overconfidence from just seconds earlier is gone. (Just 5 HP left!)
Multiattack. Langdedrosa attacks twice, either with his greatsword or spear.
Harmony can't quite understand what Cyanwrath is saying, but she gets the gist from his tone, and starts insulting him back in Infernal as she prepares for her next attack. However, the greatsword catches her surprise, cleaving through her stomach. She crumples to the floor, vision going dark.
(If Harmony gets her turn this round. If not, ignore this post.)
Only moments later, though, her vision slowly clears to see the cavern ceiling. Disoriented but not complaining at whatever force of nature brought her back from the brink of death, she mumbles a few more words in Infernal and flicks a hand towards where she thinks Nurm is on the ground. Then, groaning, she stands up and meets Cyanwrath's eyes with a slightly maniacal grin, aiming to freak him out a bit. "You really thought I could be killed?"She aims for the heart this time, hoping to finish him off.
Gunra stifles a scream of pain as he suffers the bite of the great sword once more. Seeing stars, he knows there is no retreat. The only way out was through.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Harmony's 'last breath' attack hits, and while it is a weak strike it still manages to hurt him.
Petmailer impales him through his flank with his rapier, and Cyanwrath roars in pain, the sound more draconic than humanoid. He opens his maw to speak, but whatever last words he was about to say die with him as Gunra strikes him with his axe, ending the foul self-proclaimed Champion's life once and for all.
Cyanwrath is finally dead, the combat has ended.
The tall and bulky half-dragon falls to the ground with a loud thud, unseeing eyes wide open, his blood splattering over the cave carvings of Tiamat and her minions. On that moment, you all feel a warm feeling wash over you, like a kind embrace. It seems like the gods and goddesses that oppose the dragon queen are watching over you, and they are at least a little impressed. After the moment ends, you all feel a little stronger... And in Gunra's case, given a little blessing by their god.
Kane, as Cyanwrath falls dead, you have a short vision: Everything fades away, and you are again on the cave that you saw on your nightmare two days ago. The same snake is still curled around you neck. "Impressive. Your little roundabouts have been curious to see, and while I didn't knew what to think of you deciding to befriend a minion from one of my rivals from the other side of the Blood War, I have to say I'm amused!" The snake says, laugh in his voice. "Will your journey end in glory, or in sublime tagedy? I can't say, but do not worry my child, I'm here just to offer my help."
Four objects appear in front of you: A blade, a tome, a chain and a talisman. "Choose" Beckons the snake.
Once you grab one of the three, the other two dissolve as the one you choose seems to evaporate in a puff of black smoke, surrounding you before you feel it becoming a part of you, giving you new powers. The vision ends, but as you return to reality, the snake whispers in your ear a cryptic warning. "Beware of the man who wears a mask"
Kane, who had been taking cover from Cyanwrath’s attacks, feels the snake around his neck again. This time..he understands. “Mephistopheles...I should have known you would be watching me. As for Leyding..she is my friend and is not under Yeenoghu’s control...for the moment. I only followed you because you saved my life and these powers can help me help people.” The items appear before him. “More power? Hmm...well, knowledge is the source of all power..” and he chooses the tome. The snake’s warning echos in his ear. “A mask? Like a dragon mask?” But the snake is already gone.
After returning to reality, Kane walks over to Cyanwrath’s body. He is definitely dead. Kane searches the body for anything useful..a map, the location of the eggs..anything.
Gunra pants, ragged breaths spilling into the still air.
"Well, Tiamat is right about one thing. Five heads are better than one."
Mustering his last reserves of strength, he swings the axe wide overhead, and down onto the slain champion's neck, ensuring the deed is done. Then, uncharacteristically, he falls to his knees and closes his mind in silent meditation. There, in his moment of supplication, there is the low sound of distant thunder from Cyanwrath's corpse, the smell of ozone permeates the chamber. As the sound continues, from the path behind them comes a small, spectral creature - notably resembling a diminished, ghost of one of the dead drakes they fought earlier. It pays no mind to the others, impassively striding towards Gunra. The sound of thunder rumbles a little louder, and from Cyanwrath's lifeless jaws springs a static sphere of ball lightning, humming and crackling as it moves to intercept the spectral drake.
The two manifestations intercept one another within arm's reach of Gunra, the ball lightning simply merging into the specter's body. As they do, the drake seems more solid, more real - but instead of dark blue scales, the ethereal hide turns a dark grey color, with a few scant silvery highlights. The transformation of the drake spirit completes just before it makes contact with Gunra's carapace - then it disappears entirely.
Feeling, knowing to some extent, what had happened, the tortle exhales a deep sigh of relief and reassurance, then opens his eyes.
"Well, Kane. Anything useful?"

Harmony clutches her bleeding midsection and rests her back against the cool stone wall, feeling exhausted but also strangely invigorated. She surveys her companions - all of them battered and bloodied, but all alive. "Well, I would say I've taken worse, but that would be a lie,"she says after a moment. "Anyone on the brink of death and need healing now, or can I save my energy? I have a feeling getting out won't be as easy as getting in."

Petmailer does something that alarms everyone initially, then he explains. He takes out his dagger, and makes many dagger insertions into the body of Cyanwrath. If there is an extra dagger he drops it beside the body. "I want to make this appear that Kobolds did the deed. It would have to be many of them to take him down." He quickly uses prestidigitation, a new skill for him, to clean his cultist robes and those of anyone nearby. He uses his disguise skills to make it appear that Cyanwrath was killed by a pack of Kobolds. "We just happened to come in here and find Cyanwrath dead, ok? Of many dagger thrusts." He examines the great sword to see if it appears magical, and checks the chest in the room for traps. "We should have a look at what is in here, and then go quickly. I do not want to stay in this room. By the way.." He puts his rapier away and pulls out his bow, and some of the arrows seem to ...glow. "My long bow skills have increased significantly!"

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Petmailer, the greatsword and the spear have no magical qualities.
Kane, besides his greatsword and his spear, Cyanwrath wasn't holding anything of importance. You find an amulet representing Tiamat's five heads, and you notice that his robes are the same shade of purple as the one the cleric from earlier was wearing. In contrast, every other cultist you have seen is wearing black.
At the exit of this chamber, there's a set of stairs leading to a chamber further below. At the base of these steeply descending steps, a curtain hangs across the passage. It is made from hundreds of heavy leather strips, each about the width of a human hand. The strips are fixed to the ceiling and are long enough to drag on the floor. The curtain extends from wall to wall. The leather comes from a variety of local animals and is badly cured. The curtain is several layers thick with no gaps, so you can’t see through it at all.
Petmailer, when you check for traps, you notice that there's hundreds of hidden metal barbs amid the leather strips of the curtain. They might be coated with poison.
Petmailer scoops up the items, gives a potion to Gunra and Harmony, keeps the third for himself. "We'll divide up this stuff later. We need to keep moving." We will pack away the baubles and leave the great sword and spear in the room with Cyanwrath, close the lid to the chest and try to make the scene look like a kobold swarm attack. When we get to the leather curtain, Petmailer points out the poisoned metal barbs to the party and look for a way through on either end of the curtain to avoid the barbs.
Kane sees all that has happened and is still recovering from his vision. He notices what Petmailer says about the curtain. “Ohh.. hey, Petmailer...I..Uhh..gained some power from helping defeat Cyanwrath and I could cast Mage Hand to move aside the curtain. How does that sound?” Kane is wary that his friends would question how he got his magic..he isn’t all too excited to tell them his backstory. Too soon.
