Kane chuckles, “Yes, Harmony does look like me, but no, she is not my sister.” Kane sees that see is scared of the Dragonborn. “Here, Leyding, let me show you something.” He reaches into his bag and pulls out a small painting. “This is a painting of my family.” The painting shows Kane sitting by the fire sipping tea with a Halfing and a wisp who looks like a young boy. “The Halfing is Malywn, and the small boy is Merry. When I got hurt, they took care of me. I considered them my family because they care about me, even though they don’t look like me.”
Kane stops when he notices the kobold struggling. “Hey guys. The red kobold is awake. Make sure those ropes are secure.”
"Can you show me some of your drawings? I would love to see them," Harmony asks Leyding, still trying to keep her distracted. She's only a child, and she doesn't need to see whatever interrogation is about to happen to the kobolds. "You know, I'm not very good at drawing, but maybe you could teach me."

Petmailer moves quickly and squats down, ties the bonds tight around the awakening kobold.

He then moves to where he sees him and says to the kobold : “Hold still please and don’t give me a reason to kill you. I will take this dagger and slice you open unless you stop struggling. I will have no problem killing you if you give me any trouble.”

“Gunra I may have to have you sit on this little guy after all if he keeps trying to escape, or Azrael can you convince this little bugger to hold still?” He stands up and says to the group - “Should we be running to the mill right now to find this cultist?”
Yes, it would be wise to check the mill now before the cultists have time to run away. The teleportation spell could have taken them anywhere in the town, but the mill seems like a good base of operations for them. We can return here later and I can help getting to know the lizzards. Harmony, Kane do you want to stay here with the little one?
“As much as I want to help explore the mill, I don’t think I should leave Leyding. Not yet. If the rest of you want to go check out the mill, me and Petmailer can stay here and interrogate the kobolds and keep an eye on Leyding.” He stops and looks at the whole group. “Of course, I’m open to suggestions.”
Azrael noted the Gnolls presence more and that he seemed to be causing it distress as there were many conversations going on in the room. He didn't want to cause the 'girl' distress but he also didn't much care if he did it was a 'that's her problem' sort of thing to him. There was almost too much conversation for him to keep up with, but his metaphorical-ears perked up at the mention of the cult likely being nearby and that caused him to immediately spin on the one who had said it. If we believe they are there, I would like to be part of the group that goes. I have yet to be able to test myself in true combat should they actually be there.
The red kobold goes still when he sees the dagger, he is absolutely terrified. "You don't understand you idiot, she will burn you, she will burn you all, she will burn everything. Let me go..." He hisses before going quiet, afraid that speaking might count as 'struggling'.
The white kobold seems fully awake now, but is not struggling. There's another muffled laugh, but the aware look on his eyes indicate that he might have broken free from Nurm's mind spell. There's fanatical hatred on his eyes.
Leyding is kept almost completely distracted from the kobolds and the discussion going on. She shows her scribbles and drawings to Harmony: There's a lot of crudely drawn sketches of herself, Milo, Eadyan and a tall tree-like figure with long green-and-brown hair that was her take in trying to draw the goddess Chauntea. There is also a lot of drawings of flowers. "Dad says I can' go out there, so he brings me little things, small things. I like flowers, but they never last, so I draw them. When I draw them, flowers last forever."When Kane shows her the painting of his family and tell her about them, she asks "So... Like Dad and I? I don' look like Dad, but Dad is still Dad."
While Kane and Harmony talk to the rest, she just stays in the back drawing.
"Kane and Harmony, stay here, and keep an eye on those two. We will want to question them more when we get back." Petmailer stops and looks the sorceror kobold straight in the eye, "and I'm not going to be nice when I do it." He glowers at the kobold and then turns to the door, pulling out his longbow. "The rest of you, come with me please, and quick." He runs out the door of Milo's house and makes for the mill as fast as he can.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Before Petmailer leaves, Kane tells him, “I’ll help you with the kobolds when you get back. We may want to try persuasion before..intimidation.” Kane eyes the kobolds. He goes to check on Leyding and he sees her drawing. He heads back to the main room. “Harmony, are you okay staying here with me? You don’t have too.”
"Send us a message if you need help,"Harmony replies to Petmailer with a nod as they rush out. "I'm happy to stay, don't worry,"she tells Kane. She walks over to where Leyding is drawing, giving the kobolds a sharp glare as she passes. Sitting next to her, she grabs her own piece of paper and starts sketching a picture of her own. It isn't much better than the girl's, but it appears to depict a red-haired human woman. "This is Kitri. She's my family. She doesn't look like me either, just like your dad."
Petmailer would plan to circle the building, looking for any movement, anyone who resembled the cultist that he saw, anyone leaving the building potentially heading to a camp site.

Gunra pauses on the way out. There was something about Leyding's plight that had snagged his attention now that the rush of battle had faded. He moves over to her, stepping up in front of her and Harmony.
"I didn't know my parents well either, but my friend and his family - they were nothing like me. They looked like the big lizard person that was just here. You will never be exactly like your Dad, and that's fine. What you look like, what you feel, who raised you - they all make you special."
He draws in a breath to continue, to put her at ease about death and bloodshed. To explain that all things needed life to live. But looking at her drawing peacefully, noticing Harmony's gentle demeanor with the unfortunate cub. . . he thought better of it. He turns to leave, notices the others are a few paces ahead, and makes haste to catch up.

With that, he would follow the others at an easy, swift pace, his height assisting in making it look more like he was walking swiftly as opposed to running, though a surge began to flow through his body as he did, whispering something in draconic as around his hand formed something looking like a rope or chain made of energy as he prepared a spell, should they come across a cultist clearly trying to run or evade capture by other means.

"She looks pretty!" Leyding says as she looks at Harmony's drawing of Kitri, but looks up when she hears Gunra move closer, and listen to his words in silence. "...Special?" She asks softly as he's already leaving.
After the group has already left, she turns to Kane and Harmony. "I like your friends." She declares, as her tail wags. "The dragon is really scary, like those weird little dragons but bigger, but the dragon turtle I like!"
At the Mill:
The mill is a simple rectangular barn, about 40 feet long and 20 feet wide, with an attached, exterior office. The long side of the building away from the stream has barn doors and a two-part door, and the two short walls have windows.
To Petmailer:
There's lots of footprints on the floor. It appears that there were cultists here but have left recently.
Peeking through the windows, you see that while the masked cultist you saw at the house is not here, there is three other cultists still currently inside the barn, two of which are talking to each other: A human and a half-orc. From what you can hear, the latter has doubts about whether he wants to continue with this or not, while the former is trying to convince him to remain with the cult and come with him and the rest. The third one, another human, seems impatient to leave, but waits for the other two to exit the barn first.

Many appear human or elven, though mixed in are a larger figure that might be a goliath and a blue tiefling woman. She eventually sets the sheet aside and starts a new sketch, this one of a large ship under a storm cloud. "The dragon can be scary sometimes, but he isn't going to hurt you."Under her breath, she adds,"If he does, I might have to hurt him."

But as he passed by Nurm, he would whisper I like the plan, but you yourself said one of them teleported away, we may not have time for that. Either way, I shall do my best not to kill the the one with doubts but he will need to be pointed out.
With that Azrael moves to the 'window' wherever it was with his readied Lasso if a target was within range, but if not, he would instead prepare to cast Witch Bolt.
Whichever the case would be, he would ready himself to cast based on the circumstances...
If a target is within 15ft of the window when he gets to it, he will cast his currently held Lightning Lasso at the nearest target, if not, he will instead use witch bolt on that target. And if that target is the 'doubtful one' once pointed out, he will do whatever he has to, in the instance that the target would die from his spell.... based on how the DM rules these things either he will cancel the spell before it would kill or 'lower the voltage' to be non-fatal.
