Just a side note/reminder, the Bkackrift is the other country who's people are looking for the shards also.
(Oh I remember... ;) Mist is just being demeaning and trying to reinforce the idea that they're not who the bad guys think they are. They're just simple travelers, you know...they have no interest in international politics or what have you. XD)
Mist's eyes snap back and lock with Gintarou's. He smirks and telepathically asks the giant to come stand behind him menacingly to hopefully ward off yet another fight. Then he spins around to face the elf once more and takes a step forward.
"You've a surprisingly big mouth for such a small fish, boyo. You might find that it's considerably easier to mind your tongue while it's still in your head, if you catch my drift. Why don't you and your little friends be off now and go play a game that's a bit more your speed. The adults have business to attend to."

Gintarou nods to Mist and stands behind the halfling. Using his massive figure to tower over the Blackrifts. "Look, we seek no violence here. Just let us buy some supplies and have a cup of ale. Then we will leave with no one hurt or dying." The giant's words are gentle but he is holding his glaive and menacingly pating his shoulder with its shaft.

(I want to use Mist's word as a help action. If the DM doesn't approve it, then I'll use the first roll. Also, I think Gin has succeeded on the Religion check. Could you tell me what the painted-black oar nailed to the ship mast means?)

Kraven looks back and forth between the elf lady and his friends gauging the situation, and mentally sighs, Here we go again. When will those Blackrift idiots learn not to mess with us, as they continue to wind up dead. Then again, if they do ever learn they will probably send more fodder than we can deal with so hopefully they don't learn. Looks like the elf is the leader so she goes first and then we topple the rest one by one. Hopefully these idiots carry more treasure with them than the last ones.
Kraven stealthily shifts his stance preparing to attack when ready.
I will address Kraven first. Despite being in the open you use everyone talking to prep yourself.
To Mist "Little man, you and your friends do not scare me what so ever."
To Gintarou he takes a chain whip, much like the last one had, off his waist and cracks it in the air. "I do not want violence either, but you seem to be leaving no other choices for us." He cracks the whip and the Bkackrift soldiers grasp their axes.
Mist looks over his shoulder to Druquilla and shrugs.
"Boys will be boys, I guess."
Tukmas stabs the farthest Blackrift in the throat with his stinger and lets out a shrill scream from behind the group of enemies as Mist topples over the side of the dock into the water.
Sting - Attack: 18 Damage: 7 piercing Con save, DC 11 or take 14 poison damage.

"Sorry guys. I did my best." Gintarou shocks his head apologetically. "Do you know what you're doing? This port is under the protection of the dragon queen. You idiot pirates are causing trouble right under her fire breathing nose!" The warrior doesn't see the imp's attack. But he knows that peace is no option anymore and there is no reason to waste the element of surprise. Gintarou charges toward the leader of Blackrift. His polearm revolves like a whirlwind, attacking the elf's head, left foot, right arm and left side in an instance.
