Mist keep pressing past for an awkward moment before he realized he was the target of the inquiry. "Oh. Who? Me?" Mist puts a hand to his chest and looks around for anyone else the crazy person could be talking to. "I uhh... Yes. I follow the, uh, tenets of theeee..." he looks around to refresh his apparently terrible short-term memory. He sees all the black oars and remembers what they're doing there. "Oarsman! Right, Oarsman! Yes. I'm a devout believer, as it were, and something of a spiritual leader where we're from." He grins smugly and pops the collar of his robe. "Now if you'll excuse us, we have an appointment to keep and we're in a hurry. My flock mustn't dawdle. We really must bleat it and hightail it across this bridge."

Make a religion check DC 16, then a deception check if you succeed the religion check advantage, if you fail disadvantage.

Kraven just stares on in amusement mixed with con fusion at those who ware praying? And will take flight to start moving across the bridge, dipping down below it to see just how stable ti is for the others to walk across.

 Though it appears he is way to distracted by the conversation being had above him.

Druquilla watches with some amusement, arms crossed, a small smile on her face, waiting to see if Mist's silver tongue can get him out of this mess.

"Ah, lady Sun…is that the ordinary way to pray to your god? Are they getting in the way of other pilgrims " Gintarou asks the tabaxi woman next to him. This is not the first time he sees the zealots but the warrior has never seen someone showing so deep respect to a … bridge! 

Kraven how close do you get to under the bridge?

"I have never seen anyone pray to the Oarsman in this way.  And bridges are not exactly a big part of our faith." Sun then turns to the pilgrims, "Ummm, excuse me but what is going on?"

"We must have angered the Oarsman, he is not letting us cross the bridge, Everytime we step on to it the bridge get violent, and trust to throw us off." One of the pilgrims answer

Maybe 10' from its edge, just enough room for his wings to not hit anything as he hover flies down to see if anything is underneath it.

Ok, Kraven you don't see anything.

The three pilgrams turn to you Mist and beg you for your help.  "PLEASE!!! High Priest help us!  We don't know how we have angered The Oarsman but he is trying to throw us from the bridge.  PLEASE HELP!!!"

Kraven looks at the people in confusion as he did not see anything weird about the bridge.

Druquilla bites her lower lip to try to keep herself from laughing then turns her back to try to collect herself.

"Yes please oh great high priest Mist," Druquilla says between suppressed giggles. "What must these lost souls do to appease The Oarsman?" 

Gintarou looks up to the sky. His neck muscle is twitching. After a few seconds of intense battle, the warrior finally suppresses the laughter. He walks to Mist and the three pilgrims. "Let me cross the bridge, high priest…ah…Mist. Maybe The Oarsman isn't angering at these poor people but trying to tell us something"

So if Gintarou goes to cross the bridge I need him to make a Dex Save sliding DC less than 12 you are thrown back and less than 5 you are thrown sideways over the edge.

Dex Save: 22　(With advantage thanks to the ghost in his head)

Seeing the turmoil ahead and not seeing any cause Aubric will step to the side and will ritually cast Detect Magic And then move toward the bridge to see if anything lights up his senses

Gintarou you are on the bridge and it is shaking violently.  Gintarou if you are going to continue to try to cross I will need one more Dex check for the middle, same DC set up.

Aubric you do not see a cause of the shaking of the bridge.

Kraven looks at the bridge, muttering, "No way am I walking on that thing." Then looks at the rest of the party, chuckling a bit, "Any of you smaller and lighter folk want a lift?"
