“I assume Aangria? Not many houses work with plants. Although I think a ton do work with necromancy…” She muses, fiddling with something in her hands, a mound of sap. “Well, it’s cool. I’m Lila. Nice to meet you.”

She grins again. “You new?”

“Mannith. My patron is rather kind. Granted me some useful powers. Not as useful as yours, though.”
“Ah, warlock. I see. Madernis is filled with ‘prestigious’ kids. They would kill for my powers. Well, they’re trying.”
“Killing’s… not really allowed here, although we threaten it a lot here. You’ll be safe… I think?”
“Those cracks at the admissions office said that I couldn’t use my blade. Cursed it shut.” She rolls her eyes.

She opens the blade. “Lucky for me, they suck at magic.”
