I am unaware of anyway to track if you have Bardic inspiration. They should just make it a condition and prompt you to pick the die. Should be super easy to program.
You mean for the Bard? There's checkboxes in the Features tab to help keep track of how many you've given out. But for the people you've given them to, yeah, that might be nice. Maybe a "Boons" tab similar to the "Conditions" one, to help keep track of bardic inspiration, beneficial spell effects, and blessings from the cleric would be kind of handy.
I think the OP is asking for something on the character sheet like the "Inspiration" checkbox, that would remind them they have an active Bardic Inspiration available.
As for the Bard, just make some check boxes to represent the unspent Bardic Inspiration and check them off as you use them.

Until I get to the Inspiration thing that occurs around level 5, my Bard only gets them back when he takes a long rest. At level 5 I could ask for them back when I take a short rest. It is just a handy way of keeping track of who has a BI and how many the Bard has available to give out. Unfortunately my DM discourages short rests and generally only schedules one major combat per long rest.

I have special dice I hand the other player (d6, d8, d10).
I've used this method as well, since it's the easiest to note how many inspiration dice I have and where they are at any time. If bard inspires somebody, then one of these special dice gets set in front of them until they use it or time elapses. Spent dice go into a special holding area until they are regained with the appropriate rest.
Like the idea of the tokens as well, especially since it would be less likely to lose (i.e., forget to retrieve) a die amongst somebody's else dice.
I have little scroll tokens I give out to players to represent inspiration. I track how much I have left to give on my spell sheet with my spell slots.

Right. If the Bard in your party gives you inspiration, it would be nice to be able to track it.
How every they do it, it needs to be done. So many times people forget they have it tell after the DM tells them the result.

I bought these on Etsy and just flip them over when we use them:

Why a long rest? Bardic Inspiration only lasts for ten minutes and (once you reach level 5) recharges on short rests.

Then you can't hand out D8s or D10s either.
Easiest solution is to play a swords bard and use them yourself.
Did I miss the point of your post, or did you miss the meaning of mine?

Appearantly you did.

Only spilt the party if you see something shiny.
