So, I was just re-creating my character sheet from my home game in Beyond, and I'm running into a problem. At level 14, I should be getting 4 cantrips +1 for Spell Sniper and 18 spells +6 for College of Lore Magical Secrets.
However, Beyond is counting my 4 Bard cantrips against my 18 Spells, so I'm being shorted 4, and I just double checked the spellcasting section of the Bard class, and it specifically states that the spells known reflected spells "Of 1st level or higher."
I've tried adding and removing my cantrips to see what they're doing, but even when I remove it like that, it still counts the cantrips I know against my 18, which is super weird.
You gain an additional 2 spells known from your College of Lore ability - Additional Magical Secrets, which states, "The chosen spells count as bard spells for you but don’t count against the number of bard spells you know."
This takes you up to 20 spells known.
The confusion may be from the regular Magical Secrets feature, which states, "The chosen spells count as bard spells for you and are included in the number in the Spells Known column of the Bard table."
This means you still have 20 spells known. It doesn't increase from the Magical Secrets feature.
What was throwing me off was that, in the builder, it wasn't pushing the 4 into my Known Spell list, but it WAS pushing my Cantrips there. So, the spell numbers are right, just the design makes it look a little funky.

Hello Beyonders!

Anyone know how to help? Here's my character: https://ddb.ac/characters/4093127/7ezk3w
Hi there RealBriGang,
I don't think that the issue is with the cantrips.
At 14th level you have, according to the table, 18 spells known as you state.
I hope this helped!

Ahh. That would be where I was screwing up. Thank you!
