It's my first time to play a Wizard (other classes I played: Rogue AT and battlemaster)
We start Lvl 5
My DM allowed me to bring back some sort of 4e Shadovar-Human...all spells reflavored as darkness inflict (black flames etc) and bladesong as psyonic whisper...
+2 in DEX or INT and what Feat at Lvl 1 and 4??? Res(Con) and Mobil and at Lvl 8 +2 DEX or INT or a half feat like shadow touched or fey touched (better one i thing, but kind of reflavored)
PS: sry for my English, it is not my mother tongue^^
Wizards put +'s into Int until the Int is 20. After that, feats. You could do two Intelligence half feats, rather than +2 and a full feat. Res Con is a MUCH better feat than Mobil for a Wizard. Mobill is helpful but not as important, even for a front line fighter. Misty Step is what you use to get out of a sticky situation.

Bladesingers are Casters first, warriors second.
Cant say it any better than this. Blade singers are wizards first, most and always. They are not a martial replacement, and you lose a lot by trying to melee fight with them too much. Wizards > fighters. Don't try to make yourself into a weak fighter.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
I played my first game of D&D in 30 years last year and played as a Bladesinger. Great fun.
Given your starting stats I'd say that Resilient Con is a must.
If you're not committed to your 4e race I recommend the Shadar-Kai Elf. Amongst other things it gives you the Blessing of the Raven Queen which is a better form of the Misty Step spell. It allows you to move and cast a spell in the same round which Misty Step does not. It also means you don't need to choose Fey Touched as your second Feat. I also would avoid Mobility as with your already high AC you can risk the odd opportunity attack.
If you choose to go with +2 Dex and +1 Int giving you an 18 in each, then you have a number of good options. +2 to either Dex or Int are both great, you might also consider Warcaster depending on what weapons you anticipate using (I did this as I had a Rapier in one hand and a Staff of Defense in the other). Dual Wielder could also be fun depending on what weapon(s) you are using. The Alert Feat is always good.
If you choose to place +2 Int and +1 Dex then it gets a little more interesting. I think you'd only do this if you both wanted a Feat and to get your Int to 20 straight away. To do this you have to take a half Feat that gave you +1 Int and accept your Dex being at 17 for now. (I'd go with the former option)
Great character that really shines at level 6 when you get your extra attack. I know everyone says you're a wizard first, and they are correct, but playing it as a fast moving, swashbuckling sword swisher is great fun - and quite viable.

So i went Custome Lineage
My rolled stats STR10 / DEX16 / CON15 / INT17 / WIS13 / CHA12 (not fixed)
Spells/Cantrips I go with Treantmonks guideline
So my questions are...
+2 in DEX or INT and what Feat at Lvl 1 and 4??? Res(Con) and Mobil and at Lvl 8 +2 DEX or INT or a half feat like shadow touched or fey touched (better one i thing, but kind of reflavored)
