The ability to search for everything we need in terms of monsters is the best part about Beyond, but I see a feature that can be added to the Monster page that could benefit any DM who needs it on the fly.
Is there a possibility a 'Health Counter' may be added at some point in the future for Monsters as it is for Players? And if so, in the case of multiple monsters of the same kind, would there be a + to add an additional counter to the page (and possibly of a different color outline?) The functionality would be simple, as it would just be for keeping HP tracked, but it would go miles in terms of usage.
I would love to be able to, on the fly, bring up a Bulette and either use the printed Health or quickly roll up it's health and put it on the sheet so I can have it all on one page.
There is a Chrome extension called Beyond Help which has HP tracking (but no initiative). I just installed it, so I haven't tried using it at the table yet, so I can't give a detailed review.
On a similar topic, I'd like to shoutout for the Chrome extension D&D Beyond Interaction, which, at the moment, doesn't do initiative or HP tracking, but has handy add-ons to monster pages to roll for attacks, checks, and saves.

I think they've said that an encounter manager is on the feature list.
In the meantime, I've been using Kobold Fight Club/Improved Initiative.
That's what I primarily use myself, I just hate flipping between tabs constantly.

I'll actually take a peek at the Beyond Help extension. And I already use the Interaction extension and cannot say enough good things about it.
