Elero will subtly touch Kit, casting Cure Wounds and healing 9 HP, and then quietly approach the conductor. "We're on official Watch business," he'll hold up the Writ, "and are looking for a very dangerous criminal. My two associates," he'll indicate the wounded party members, "were, in fact, just attacked by comrades of this individual, to try and keep us from boarding this train and apprehending her. What I need you to do, ma'am, is to keep doing your job, and locate the individual for us, and return to tell us which car she's in. Will you help us?"
The conductor looks at you blankly, she then shakes her head and asks you to wait a minute. She goes into the next cart and comes back with a well kept gnoll. "Hello, my name is Kraz, i'm a porter here on the Wroat Lightning Rail. I hear you're working for the Watch and in need of assistance? You needed to find someone? Who is this person and why are they of interest to the Watch?" He talks in a very proper accent, despite still having the crazy lilt in his vocal timbre of a gnoll.
"We're looking for a half-ogre named Garra, who kidnapped and tortured a Watch sergeant, among other crimes. If you find her, don't approach her. Just come back and tell us where she is, and we'll take care of it. You'd be doing the city a great service. Can you help us?"

Kraz nods his head, "I'll find the woman, i've had enough of these gangs doing what they want. I'm happy to see the Watch doing something about it." He walks into the next cabin, looking professional while inspecting each passenger. Mark doesn't notice anyone looking suspicious at all.
The Lightning Rail will travel slowly for the first couple hours, So as not to disturb the citizens of Sharn. Once it's clear of the city, the bound elemental in the train will let rip with it's power, putting the train into full throttle towards Wroat. The trip will take about 4 hours all up.
You could probably take a Short Rest while waiting for Kraz to come back. While you wait, is there anything that anyone would like to discuss? Either about the situation your currently in, or about your character's background, or just some observation.
Kit pushed has way to a window seat and has his faces pressed against the glass. He watches the city expanse zoom by.
“I wonder if they sell grog on this train?….Oh Garra, I almost forgot about her. Hmm, probably should follow her. Stick to the shadows until we know our position in Wroat… hmm anyone been?..
kit tries to remember he’s heard anything of use about Wroat from his old seafaring scallywag drinking buddies.
"We could wait until he's off the train, sure." Elero relaxes a bit, looks out the window at the passing scenery, and begins to marvel at this machine. "It would be amazing to get a look at the train's engine."
“I heard they are all a bunch of tricksy buggers in Wroat. Sneaking, backstabbing, espionage and all that. We could also find someone who is out for her as much as we are.”
Kit turns away from the window towards Elero, “you are quite the whiz with machines eh, the stink torture device. Genius. You should market that. The screaming broom, I don’t know if it will sell as well but love it all the same.”
Elero blushes, barely visible under his tanned, dirty skin. "Thanks. I try to help where I can. Not nearly as impressive as you all, but maybe someday."
He looks out the window. "Yes, I hope Centurion survived, too. He's a hardy construct, but that harpy looked terrifying."
After an hour, Kraz comes back. “I believe I’ve located the woman you’re looking for. She’s hired a private car in the front of the train. She’s there now, was there anything else you’d like my help with? I’ve talked to the conductors and they are willing to do whatever the Watch needs in order to apprehend this criminal.” He looks at you quite sincerely with his yellow jackal eyes.
You’re quite sure that Kraz is completely on the level, he seems to be an honest worker for the lightning rail looking to do the right thing. He’ll tell you that he doesn’t think that there’s anyone else in there, and he gives you the key to the compartment.
"Thank you very much, Kraz. You've been extremely helpful to the Watch, and we won't forget it. That's all for now, but we'll come find you if we need any more help."
Elero will take the key and turn to the team. "What should we do? Take Garra in the car after the short rest we just took, or wait until the train arrives and follow her, and look for an opportunity then? She's alone now, and there might be people waiting for her at the station."
"On the one hand, getting Garra here, on the train as she is alone feels as a good idea. On the other hand, we are on a train and I guess a lot can go wrong if a fight breaks out."

If Mark is not in the room he will casually find a seat in a cart and look around for anyone who looks suspicious.
Perception: 9
He doesn't want to draw any attention to himself while he is doing this.
Erix will find a seat as well for the time being.
((Do we know how long the train ride will take?))

Elero will watch Kraz go, then turn to the party and let out an audible sigh as he collapses next to them.
"Can't believe we made it. If they find Garra, how should we play it?"

History: 12
Wroat is the capital city of Breland, known for its espionage and industry.
"We could wait until he's off the train, sure." Elero relaxes a bit, looks out the window at the passing scenery, and begins to marvel at this machine. "It would be amazing to get a look at the train's engine."

kit yawns and stretches
“I hope the big guy is ok.”
Mark will walk around the cabin look for the rest of his party but also look for any thieves cant that might tell me about a secret compartment.
"Thank you very much, Kraz. Is she alone, or are there others in the car with her? Do you have a key that will unlock its doors?"
Recalling the incident with the changeling earlier, Elero would like to try to determine if Kraz is telling the truth.
