Eldritch Smite is once per turn only. And did you calculate this with 14+ levels of Sword Bard, only 3 Levels of Warlock and the rest Fighter or Rogue?
Tensers Transformation and swift quiver should be nice boosts instead of Hex. And the hexblade does Not give much after Level 3.

I didn't, I only took 3 levels of fighter. And you're right, Smite can only be used once a turn, an oversight on my part in the calculations. The times that I used him, I don't think I've ever tried smiting twice in a turn due to circumstances but it's a good thing to know, thank you.
But for lock, you'd need at LEAST 12 levels to hit the req for lifedrinker (Which admittedly doesn't add a huge amount to the overall total but it adds static damage which is wonderful for the low points when you can't rest and get your stuff back.)
Another thing I forgot in those calculations is that my lock has 4 spell slots, not 3, so there's one more smite in there or another spell if need be. On the last boss (Which was a dragon if I recall correctly) when I hit it with Hex, I declared constitution as it's crippled ability and after, use finger of death on it which was a nice chunk of damage after I ran out of other things. Once my big skills were burned in that fight I think we killed it on the next round with fairly minimal casualties. The character wasn't initially meant to be min/maxed, it just turned out that way towards the end.

You only lose if you die. Any time else, there's opportunity for a come back.
Yes, IF you want Lifedrinker...need to be level 12 Warlock.
Hex only affects ability checks. Since there are none for Con....that is a waste of a Hex.
Dude. You asked for tips on arcane archer warlock build. You even included lifedrinker in your concept. I gave you the build I used. But by your logic, why not play a fighter specializing in hand crossbows if all you are going to do is drop almost every level of warlock. Heck, why even use crossbows, melee can churn out more damage in a lot of cases.

Is it Worth it dipping into Paladin ? I mean it is melee oriented (not bad for distance but better for melee)
