Hi everyone, i'm in a Spelljammer campaign just getting underway. In the academy. Fooling around with the infusions and the new subclasses. Leaning toward Armorer.
I tried a different mix of Armorer to make Arakalynthe "hasty hippo". Infiltrator armor type adds 5', Mobile feat (DM let everyone do a feat at L1) adds 10', giving a total 45' movement. Pretty good huh? but wait, Mobile negates opp attacks. So run up, bash, run back. Or kite and shoot. kite and shoot. To add to the fun, cast expeditious retreat and dash as a bonus action. That's 90' plus an action. AC19. come at me bro! (i'll be elsewhere droppin a musketball up your fartbox). Plus the armor has a "dampening field" that gives advantage on stealth which negates the disad for heavy armor.

My concern is damage output.
