Y’all think a brawler subclass would be cool for the Barbarian? Want to do a monk but don’t want to have a skinny wise monk style but more of a underground fighter boxer deal. Hope something comes along, even if it’s just UA.
Can multiclass fighter and use the UA unarmed fighting style. I've allowed a friend in a short run campaign to switch reckless attacks for a fighting style and take athletics as a part of the UA survival instincts to make a single classed barbarian brawler. Its home brew changes but seems to work quite well, I've also let him use frenzy as a beserker without exhaustion as without weapons/great weapon master the bonus action attack is never going to wreck that much havock.
Works quite well as control/tank against large or smaller foes to the point of taking non-magical targets of this size pretty much out the game, but lacks the ability to do much against huge or bigger foes.

You can word/flavor it as you please, and nothing stopping you from multiclassing...unless your DM disallows it.
