Zariel's stat block is missing key information to make her Horrid Touch ability work correctly. The ability reads as follows: Horrid Touch.Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 44 (8d10) necrotic damage, and the target is poisoned for 1 minute. While poisoned in this way, the target is also blinded and deafened. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
As you can, the stat block says you can, "repeat," a saving throw that isn't mentioned in the previous section of the ability. This creates a point of confusion as to if the poisoned condition is induced by the hit or failing an unmentioned saving throw, and there is also the matter of the lack of a saving throw DC and type of saving throw need to overcome the effect.

That information is missing in the printed book as well. We need an Erratum from WotC on this.
