I have 2 seperate characters in different campaigns that will not allow me to access the character editor on them. In one campaign we have 10 other characters and I have no issues accessing the character builder on them but on the 11th character I can not. No error just doesnt show me any options. The other campaign has 3 characters and one of them i can not see any of the options in the character creator. Is this fixable? I have tried on PC, my phone and in the DnD Beyond app.
Yes sorry I am the DM. This is what I see when I try to edit either character. On the mobile app I can access the class section but I can't make any changes and when I switch to another tab I loose all access to even the class page.
That looks like they’ve got Help Text enabled. You can use the blue arrows at the top of your screenshot to switch sections, or click the ? icon next to “Home” to disable it.
