When using the cleave weapon mastery you're able to attack an extra time (if conditions are met). But, mechanically it's different from a normal attack. I think the sheet would be improved if you approached this like you do with tavern brawler and unarmed attack for a monk.
The cleave specific attack uses your normal bonuses to hit, but doesn't apply your modifier for damage (unless it's negative).
With the tavern brawler feat there is an option for an enhanced unarmed strike that appears in addition to the regular unarmed strike (in case for some reason you want to attack and not use your feat). This enhanced unarmed strike functions on tools like Beyond20 to trigger the correct dice rolls.
If the player equipped a weapon with the cleave mastery, and had the cleave weapon mastery known that day it seems like a new action should appear in your attack bar that allows you to attack with your normal attack bonus and not apply your modifier to the damage (unless it's negative).
There is also nothing in the cleave description on the character sheet where a UI element and trigger could be placed from roll20. If you look at other abilities when they describe an attack there will be references to attack rolls and damage rolls which themselves can readily be turned into UI elements to trigger rolls (this can be seen with things like the Beast's Strike for beastmaster hunters where that's the ONLY way to trigger the attack .. unless the player builds a custom attack).
This can be manually created by the player, but it's a worse experience.
