Hey all! A message from our Maps Product Manager, Zac:
An issue was discovered where if the DM draws a polygon that overlaps existing fog of war, in some situations the fog of war will draw/erase in unpredictable ways.... but only for the players. The DM sees it correctly.
Since the bug is unpredictable, involves a system that is designed to hide information from players, and it's not obvious to the DM when/if something went wrong, we're going to disable it over the weekend until the fix is ready early next week. My apologies for not catching this in QA. We'll have it back up as soon as we can.
The Changelog has also been updated to reflect this. We'll update this post once the feature has been re-enabled.
