I theory crafted a Hill Dwarf Barbarian, but there seems to be a bug with the Fast Movement Barbarian feature. With or without heavy armor equipped I still get the +10 movement added. I took the Heavily Armored Feat at 4th level and tested with Chain Mail and Plate.
Barbarian
Fast Movement
Starting at 5th level, your speed increases by 10 feet while you aren’t wearing heavy armor.
(Player's Handbook, page 49)
Side note if you are wearing armor you aren't proficient in, should there be something to show you have disadvantage on skill checks? I didn't see anything in testing that would show this when I disabled the Heavily Armored Feat
If you wear armor that you lack proficiency with, you have disadvantage on any ability check, saving throw, or attack roll that involves Strength or Dexterity, and you can’t cast spells.

I am aware these are both fringe cases, so not high on the priority.Yeah DDB seems to have a hard time reflecting some of the more intricate speed and disadvantage rules on the character sheet when it comes to armor.
