I'm running into issues while trying to create some homebrew weapons. Many of these have attack and damage modifiers, I've tried multiple times to create one from scratch and have added the modifier with the following properties. Modifier Type: Bonus
Modifier Subtype: Magic
Fixed Value: 3 (or other numbers)
This is so that the weapon will gain a +3 to attack and damage, however, this never seems to be applied to the weapon when it's on the character sheet. I've copied these settings from other weapons with a +# to them so I know the settings are correct, but still no luck. I've found that if I create a weapon using a +# weapon as the base for the new weapon it works, but I'd love to figure out if it's a programming issue, or if I'm just missing a setting.

You don't happen to have requires attunement checked do you?
