Hello, I'm trying to create a feature for a Fighter subclass - basically, importing the Witch Hunter from Mordenkainen's Codex of Allies.
There's a bunch of stuff granted at 3rd level. I managed to get the spells to work, even that part when in the builder, you can pick from 2 Cantrips. But, the mechanics of Spells is different than the languages and Skills that I'm stuck at.
So, here's the features: 1) Choose 2 from a list of 6 Skill Proficiencies, or a tool proficiency. 2) Choose 1 additional language, from a list of 3. 3) Choose - daily - from a list of 4 Resistances, change-able after every long rest.
Honestly, from a game play standpoint, the 3rd one is the only one I'd need to change "in game" the others are set it and forget it.
But, I'd also like to know how to do it... it seems like everything I do either grants all 6 Skills, for example, of just brings up a box that says [ - Choose a Skill - ] and does nothing.
