Before, when DDB didn't update stats based on wearing armor that you don't have the strength for it functioned as proper (as there was no need for the feature), but now it is showing their speed to me (the DM) as 25. While this functions perfectly fine for the game, would be nice to have the Strength requirements removed when intended by the game before it rolls out to the entire userbase.
I've also replicated this problem myself by having a character with proficiency, but lacking the necessary strength use mithral plate, which resulted in them having a debuff on their speed of -10, despite mithral armor staring "if the armor normally ... has a strength requirement, the mithril version of the armor doesn't". This can be seen on this character sheet I made to test other circumstances the problem might appear: https://ddb.ac/characters/27417725/nVqrbD
I hope this helps, and for the meantime, if it rolls out to my player, we can just manually edit their speed, but it would be nice for the fix for one problem not to break others (even if that is how things often end up happening).

Appears to be fixed?
If not, open the preferences window on character sheet and scroll to the bottom and tell us if there is a version number and what it is.
Not shown fixed on my side. The sheet version is 3.0.0-alpha.59
