Automatically sharing D&D Beyond content is great.
However, there really needs to be a way to manage allowed homebrew at a campaign level because what happens is if any single player has subscribed to any homebrew, then that homebrew becomes available to all players. Which means a lot of explaining to players "why no, that's not an actual spell that exists" and "oops, no that's not a real feat, we're not going to let that one into this campaign."
On the campaign screen, all the homebrew that is active in that campaign should be shown with an explicit opt-out. This would save so much confusion. Alternative, clearly label all homebrew content with a coffee cup emoji or something.
