It is disappointing that Wild Shape hasn't been addressed as integration to the character sheet. This is a huge druid attraction and essentially ignored.
There is Wild Shape integration in the character sheets. On the Extras page you can add Wild Shapes, which will include their own HP trackers.

Leaving OGL 1.0(a) untouched and making SRD 5.1 CC-BY-4.0 is a great first step. The next is a promise to do the same for future editions. Here's a discussion thread on that.
Everything is rollable with the digital dice in the bottom left. You just have to manually add the modifiers.

I know I can close the side bar, select custom dice, roll it, add the modifier in my head, and reopen the monster stats using 4-6 times as much time, inputs, and effort per roll. But I'd rather not, thus previous comment.
I went onto the Character sheet. In the large box I found the "EXTRAS" tab, then clicked the "Manage EXTRAS" tab and found a great drop down that has the following options: Battle Smith Defender, Beast Companion, Familiar, Infusion, Side Kick, Wild Shape, Mount, Pet, Summoned, Misc, & Vehicle.
After playing around with this and experimenting, I must say "GREAT JOB DnDB"!!!!!

I am not sure what my Spirit Animal is. But whatever that thing is, I am pretty sure it has rabies!

DDB is great, but it could be better. Here are some things I think could improve DDB
My only complaint with wild shape is that the attacks aren't rollable.
