Couples night with another married couple (Lost Mines of Phandelver)
Ongoing game with six various friends of mine (Curse of Strahd)
Core game group, which is just starting up and may do either Dragon Heist or Strahd
And maybe more forming... and yes, I'm DMing them all! May we request the option to have more than three Shared Content Campaigns at a time at an additional cost each month? I understand the desire to clamp down on rampant campaign creation, but I've hit upon a legitimate need for this feature to expand. Can such an idea be considered in the future?
Anything is possible in the future, but that's not likely to happen in the near-term. However, one current work around is for another user to have Master Tier sub, then they can enable content sharing in some of the other campaigns, as any user in the campaign can enable content sharing, it doesn't have to be just the DM.
That's the workaround we've been using, and I'll keep on that path in the meantime. I really appreciate that you took the time to post this! I hope your day is great! :D

Any consideration for it to go from campaign slots to user slots? I've done campaigns with just 3 players in them, and others with 8, and I wish that they weren't treated as equal. I know the work-around is to have the smaller campaigns in with other medium/small campaigns and just share, but it garbles up the notes and gets wackadoo with sheet sharing. I just feel like I'm wasting one of my slots (or one of my partner's slots, as we both have Master Tier) when we have a small-sized campaign. :(

Yeah, user slots would be the way to go with like a base of 4 or 5 slots or something with extra slots at a charge p/m. In one of the pre-5e surveys, WotC found that the vast majority of groups were 4-5 players, hence why they geared the system around that number.

Something else to consider is, content sharing is only needed when you are leveling up and you have the option to add a feat or something, or you want to add an item to that character. It is very unlikely that you are running all of these campaigns on the same days. I have a handful of campaigns I run, and I activate content sharing on the campaign currently running on that day. I keep content sharing on for my little brothers campaign and I rotate my other two between other campaigns depending on which one is running that day. While content sharing is off, someone can still access their character and see the chosen content, just if they change it, they need content sharing re-enabled to select it again, and why would someone be changing a feat or background mid campaign anyway?

Multiple reasons, actually.
1) I have a number of players who aren't the most system savvy, I like to give them warning when they're approaching the next milestone to begin preparing for level up. So to look into any options they'll need to pick, like new spells, feats, or other level-up options. Some make copies of their sheet and try out different combos, seeing what they like best, I love that behaviour -- the more prepared they are at my table, the more valuable DDB seems to me.
2) I also provide one of my campaign sharing slots for my DM, who is quite poor, but runs a stellar story, I wouldn't want to turn that off, and I wouldn't consider asking her to purchase anything, as she makes rent and food tough as it is.
3) I run one-shots, so I give folks parameters, a date, and let them make their characters, so I don't just want to turn it on the day of -- I want them to have their stuff prepared, that's why I bought everything and campaign sharing subscription.
If I could purchase an additional slot, I'd do so.
I also like to enable my players to maintain their characters at their leisure throughout the week, and also to have fun creating characters as well as creating back-ups in-between sessions that are ready to go so the off/on content sharing wouldn't work for me either.
