I know we can create subclasses through the tools provided in the homebrew submenu, but am I the only one that wishes we could create complete classes on the site? Even if they were only private and had to be shared with other players manually? I mean, the option for the subclasses to be homebrewed is there, why can't we create whole new classes?
It is however further down the roadmap. Creating sub-classes is far easier to code as it is bounded by what is currently in the game. Creating a full class is bounded only by the creators imagination, however the Devs are aware of the interest in this part of the game and intend to bring it to us eventually.
Best way to keep up to date with the progress is to monitor the roadmap and/or watch the weekly Dev updates (if you can watch them live, then you can pose questions) on Twitch.
Edit - note that the feature roadmap is not the FULL roadmap, just what they are planning on working on in the short/medium term. They have a lot more planned (plus content updates/additions are normally added after the fact, which is why the Content team do not appear to be working on anything when they are frantically getting the GoS data ready for next Tuesday)

No, you're not the only one, which is why full class creation is on the roadmap.

How to add Tooltips
Base class homebrew (and for that matter, base weapons and armor homebrews) probably won't be added until after the homebrew revamp on the roadmap.
