When creating a new character, if I click on a race or class, it pops open a new window with the decription, and the option to confirm or cancel. At the same time, the page listing the races or classes scrolls all the way to the top. This is kind of annoying, especially for new players who want to explore the different options and need to pop open a bunch of them. Even for experienced players, this can decrease the quality of the user experience. For example, while I know most of what I need to know about races and classes, and so have my decision made before I get there, today I wanted to look at the Dragonmarked human subraces in the race list. To do this, I click one, read it, then have to scroll down again. And I have to do this over and over. And then I notice there's Yuan-Ti... want to check them out too. Have to scroll down again. Filters can help, but it's still more work, and they won't help for people who just want to explore the options. This might be one of those things that seems really easy but for technical reasons is a real pain to implement. But it'd be nice if it could be fixed. Or, is there some reason why this might be intended behavior?

Yeah, the auto scroll bugs me too.
They are going to be changing(removing) the builder eventually though, so I dont expect to see any improvements to it until they start on that.
