At least until the official apps are out, I'm content using D&DBeyond on my iPhone. I've added a shortcut to D&DBeyond to my home screen, letting me launch right in to it. I would like it if this also hid the top/bottom toolbars, mimicking the feel of a "native" app (showing up in multi-tasking tray, not getting mixed in with my other open Safari tabs).
I'm not actually sure if D&DBeyond is set up to work this way from a UX perspective (ie: not getting stuck in a dead end/screen with no tappable links to go back/up a level) but in my playing around, I haven't run into this problem. Of course, if it'd require too much of a rework/redesign, I'm happy to wait for the official apps instead.
