My wife, account DaryaRiona, uses Google login for her Beyond account. Today, when we were about to run our weekly game, it demanded K-ID verification. While mine went through flawlessly, I using a Wizards login, for her, the verification attempt fails, no response on the Try Again button, and on hitting Reload, returns 404, not allowing any progress. This has completely cut out our ability to use the service, and may result in charge disputes if she's unable to manage her account.
Have her try with a different browser, some people who had the K-ID go through with the wrong date found that they were able to resubmit on a different browser. Maybe it will work for her too.
Yeah, we did the different browser approach, including separate devices. No joy. The ticket approach ultimately worked, however; but by then, session time was over.
