With this many people having the same issue (and I'm sure way more are too and just not finding or posting here) it's a safe bet that the "you're doing something wrong" idea is not correct and it's a problem on dndbeyond.
Also they shouldneed are legally obligated to tell people upfront that parts of the content isn't going to work. If I am buying something on DnDBeyond to use on DnDBeyond it needs to work on DnDBeyond. That seems like something that doesn't even need to be said. Why would anyone pay more money for a product just for the creator to make less money off of it for it NOT to work on the platform they bought it on? I could just buy the physical book or PDF if all I wanted to do was read it. We are told the books we buy on here cost more because it costs money to port them over into this platform. If you're not doing that what in the world are we paying for?
I'm able to access all the relevant MoD options on my character sheet:
This would indicate this is not global issue and instead must instead by related to the end-user account. That is not an accusation of the user being at fault, just a statement of fact. If something is only affecting some people, there must be some commonality to those peoples accounts.
Some things to check having ruled out entitlements
Can you access the MoD content normally? For example, can you access Agog, Bacterial Barrage, or Amulet of Incineration? If yes then the issue isn't with your license or entitlements, but lies with the character sheet.
Assuming yes to the above question, do you have Drakkenheim content enabled in the character builder. You can enable it from two locations, in the character builder on the first tab (left) and under character settings in the sheet (right)
Assuming yes to the above, the last thing to be doubly sure of is that you actually own the book and aren't accessing it through content sharing. If you're accessing it through content sharing, then the content will only be accessible to characters within the campaign the content is being shared through. This is a very unlikely cause, but always worth checking.
Yeah, I brought it up the access issues with the devs early this morning. For the record: I'm never going to take an issue to them without first going through basic troubleshooting to fully understand the problem.
Regardless, those issues should now be fixed. You may need to check your entitlements one last time. If you're still having issues, please let us know. https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
UPDATE! I left my DNDBeyond stuff alone for the day and when I re-opened everything, the missing spell was available to be put on my character. I'm not claiming to know how it works at all but maybe my synced licenses weren't being updated/communicated to some server or data somewhere yet? It's working now, though.
The list of components for the Hag-Stitched Troll Leather Armor mentions:
[Fur] Stitches
I believe this should read as "[Hair] Fur Stitches" or "[Hair] Stitches". Not sure what the right wording is here. However, since Fur itself is not a "basic component" in this crafting system i'm pretty sure that part is wrong.
For all of the monsters I’ve checked (via the listings tab of the app), spell links point to 2014 spells instead of 2024.
For the Duchess, her spell Acid Rain points to a spell of the same name in Heliana’s Guide, rather than to the one from the Drakkenheim setting. Heliana’s version is a 3rd level spell while the Drakkenheim one is 5th.
Looks like Caustic Grip was put into DNDBeyond incorrectly. It says it has a casting time of 1 minute when in the original book it was an action to cast! Don't think it was a deliberate change as a minute casting kills that spell lol.
The dungeon Dudes posted that they are waiting for the team at DnD Beyond for Sabastian's Guide to Drakkenheim. Anyway to find out when it will be released?
That’s not information I have access to. Product announcements don’t come from the moderator team, and there’s been no public statement regarding that book. Most third-party releases are announced the day they’re released.
Lenore von Kessel Monster stat block is missing her Bonus action. it's there in the book but not on her actual stat block.
Bonus Action
Radiant Gaze (Recharge 5-6). Constitution Saving Throw: DC 15, each creature in a 30-foot Cone. Failure: 22 (4d10) Radiant damage and the target gains one level of Contamination. Success: Half damage only. If Lenore sees her reflection within the Cone, she gains the Blinded and Incapacitated conditions for 1d6 hours.
Maybe I’m being too precious as a DM, but it seems a shame that delerium pieces all include the arcane anomaly table in their descriptions. Only geodes have any connection to that table and even then, it’s unlikely to come up often.
It seems like unnecessarily revealing a mystery if players can read all the things that could happen from an anomaly as soon as they get their first delerium chip.
Actually, following on from my last post, including the full arcane anomaly table on each piece of delerium means having to scroll past 50 paragraphs every time you want to update the quantity of delerium you have, as the button to change quantity is at the bottom of the page.
So I’d say removing the table would be better both narratively and in terms of Quality of Life.

The Hazewind Harpy Valkyrie Reaction "Chorus" says the target has advantage on its next saving throw. I believe this should be Disadvantage.
Hey, any updates on Sebastian Crowe’s Guide to Drakkenheim?
You’d have to ask Dungeon Dudes if you want to know what their future plans are.

Given that the book was originally written for the 2014 core rules, they probably link to those spells intentionally.
I've let the devs know about the Duchess, though.
