You can probably see where this post is going… throw any ideas for a short campaign based around the Uruk-Hai that you have at me. This is set within a classic d&d world but an orc warband has discovered how to create an Uruk-Hai army. Any ideas as for plot points, abilities, characters, etc. Thanks in advance!
I would think in simple terms: what do you do with an army? You take over. You pick a village on the outskirts, you rush through and take everything they have resource-wise, you use the people for labor, you fortify it and set up a home base. Then you regroup and grow in strength, training, and then you look the up the ladder. From the village, your head to the local Lord's garrison. Take that down, take their weapons, resources, people, you get bigger and stronger. Soon you're expanding across the Barony, threatening the kingdom. Soon you're not just siezing people and resources, you're taking in gold, wealth, riches, accepting or taking conscripts into your army to get bigger, now you have 3 armies and you can launch campaigns into multiple territories they have. Everywhere you go you fold the skills of those you conquer into your army, growing stronger and learning as you go.
If I were a powerful orc army, that's what I would do. If I'm after anything specific-- revenge, lost artifact, etc-- I would probably follow a similar formula with slightly more direction in how I pick my targets.

Be Excellent to one another. Rock on dude.
For stat block I’d do this-strength(18) dexterity(14) constitution(18) intelligence(9) wisdom(12) charisma(8)
For story I’d say it wasn’t the orcs that figured it out but their boss (most likely a wizard).
