Everytime i throw a problem at my players they slit its throat unless they are gonna get gold from solving it. WTF DO I DO?!? I come up with highly complex storylines with intricate plot twists and interesting NPCs and my players go full murder hobo.

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible.
You know who deals with evil marauders? Heroes. Have a heroic Party come gunning for the Party. Or the local Law. Or bounty hunters. Have the world react logically. Fairly, but logically. Actions have consequences.
Or... embrace the Chaos for awhile, let them get it out of their system:

They can't kill puzzles. Depending on what type of campaign they are doing, give them a dungeon to crawl full of puzzles and traps, a mystery to solve that leads to treasure, a keep or vault to break into without sounding the alarm.
Tell your players about it. They might not understand the huge plots your making and think that they can get through the campaign with more rewards if they just kill everything. They probably don't even know that you are upset with them being murder hobos.
Try talking to them and if that doesn't work, just make being murder hobos more challenging (ex. a town that has a strict and lawful police force).

Wait... sneaking into vaults without getting detected is what my "Good" PCs do...
it's been a long time...
