So I've been looking for what could be provided as a reward for characters working with factions as they increase their renown, I've found a table showing this information:
Minor aid, 1/tenday per faction. A faction agent like an apprentice wizard, thug, or spy helps the characters for 1 day. If this agent dies, characters of that faction lose 1d4 renown.
(and well...more information as they increase their renown) but I don't understand what they mean with the : 1/tenday per faction. does it mean that you can use this benefit every 1/tenday? If not then I completely at a loss haha.
You are correct. The 1/tenday means they can get one of the agents each tenday. It's typical shorthand for D&D. WotC uses it in manuals and other stuff. Have fun DMing a campaign w/ factions. I hope it works great! Happy DMing :)

Thanks in advance,
Page 14 of the Sword Coast Adventurers Guide, in the second paragraph under the "Time in the Realms" paragraph heading say, "A month is made up of three tendays, also know as rides." Thus, a tenday is the equivalent of a week, but it has ten days.
Basically, the group can benefit from this every 10 long rests per faction.
