That's kind of like saying "I want free recipes" - what are you trying to cook? What is your campaign management style? What do you need to track in your game?
In general, you can do pretty much everything you need to do in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides/Draw - which are free.
They're not specialized, and you'll have to build your own organization and templates - but it's super flexible. And free.

I agree with the Google toolset options as you can define your own campaign management/organization. Don't expect it to get your setup perfected overnight I use OneNote with my Office 365 subscription for my two campaigns and have done a reorg at least a dozen times as I've found more efficient ways how I want content spread out or seeing how much unnecessary content I was saving.
