So the campaign book says in section 32 that the tunnel leading to it opens out above the hallway. But the map has the tunnel leading to a door. We are on Roll20, so this door will be evident to the players. How have you described this? Im having a hard brain fart and Im sure Im missing something in the description.

Hjalmar Gunderson, Vuman Alchemist Plague Doctor in a HB Campaign, Post Netherese Invasion Cormyr (lvl20 retired) Godfrey, Autognome Butler in Ghosts of Saltmarsh into Spelljammer Grímr Skeggisson, Goliath Rune Knight in Rime of the Frostmaiden DM of two HB campaigns set in the same world.
Just tell your players that it looks like a door on the map, but it's actually an opening. Not every map is perfect, so you'll probably run into something similar every now and then. The more you use digital maps, your players will start to learn that the maps are good general guides, but it's more important to listen to what you say. This is especially true if you ever start homebrewing and are pulling random maps that have a bunch of details that aren't really there. My most recent was using a CoS mansion map that has a dead body in one of the beds. I just told my players to ignore it, it's not really there. They're used to it at this point.
