I'm planning on running this soon and focusing on just a zany fun motif -- embrace the comedy and be crazy.
Has anyone run this and if so, what are your suggestions or areas to change?
I am thinking that for character death, after the encounter is over, DM-Rick will appear and the player gets a sad-morty sticker and then we randomize characters again.
Thanks in advance!

"An' things ha' come to a pretty pass, ye ken, if people are going to leave stuff like that aroound where innocent people could accidentally smash the door doon and lever the bars aside and take the big chain off'f the cupboard and pick the lock and drink it!"
If you havn't run this yet, for the love of god, change the final boss battle away from DM vs DM shenanigans. It's my only real gripe with the whole thing, apart from unclear areas for the players to heal / rest / level.
I ended up running it the next week and it went well. All told, I think it took around 4-6 hrs, but we improved and RPd a good bit. I think we skipped about a third of the dungeon as designed. I made the last fight a lot more cinematic iirc, it wasn't that bad -- I just ran it like a rick and morty finale.
