Then he flies higher and Uses his searing arc strike on Troll 3
Dex save DC17 Fire Damage 16
4ki points
Tempe attacked troll 3 with a searing arc strike on round 3 if it saved it took half damage but I don't see a save for that. Plus I think we did a 107 points of damage total on troll 1 while it was being burnt by my flame blade
Do you remember which ones took fire damage during Round 3?
If they didn't all burn, Z will suggest to very quickly cast some sort of fire-cantrip, or he'll get his tinderbox and oil just to cause some fire damage at least.
Irraxan begins flying up a 100 foot shaft that leads to the outside.
(Anything remarkable outside? Seems an odd coincidence that they would tunnel straight down and end up in this tunnel. So presumably they must have done this for a reason?)
Only one attack roll permitted by the spell. Check the ooc Goblin horde thread for explanation.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Instead of wasting time having Venom Troll 3 rise up with 10 hp, and since their remains were burned I'm willing to say the fight is truly over.
So now there is the tunnel to explore further, or this 100 foot shaft that leads back to the surface but in a different location than where you entered from.

Randall:
As the battle finishes, Randall asks, "Is everyone alright? Who is still injured?" He checks wounds for evidence of infection or deeper poison, then looks to the trolls to determine if they had any possessions on them that might be of use.

These Venom Trolls had no possessions except for well worn travelling clothes. It's hard to tell for sure because the Venom Trolls didn't take very good care of their clothes but it's possible that these were brand new a couple of months ago.

Tempe's wounds burn, but that's the way he was taught to endure. After he uses cure wounds on himself at 3rd level 20 and if needed any ki points to heal himself. "I need a short rest." He sits and meditates for five.
So now there is the tunnel to explore further, or this 100 foot shaft that leads back to the surface but in a different location than where you entered from.
( Irraxan is already on the surface at the end of the 100ft shaft. So unless he has spotted something exciting there, I don't see any reason to return to the surface. Let's go further in)
Petcan is right, for those who were poisoned it wears off shortly and doesn't have any lasting effects but in a fight even a few moments can prove deadly and it's worth taking a mental note about creatures such as these.
Irraxan emerges atop a small hill with a very large tree. There's nothing exciting going on, but the tree is very large, among the largest Irraxan has ever seen.
(It's ok to take a 5 min short rest here if any need or want to, nothing will happen in that time and you are free to credit your character sheets with the benefits of one.)

Thankfully when he had healed everyone else with the powerful spell, he was healed as well, so Randall actually ended the fight uninjured and already having recovered from the poison.
”Yes, deeper we go…we have a promise to keep,” he says.

Petcan is dry heaving.
"Troll venom...grk... I've felt better."
I'm down just a few hp, and I think poisoned has worn off. Just fun to act it out.
"I'd suggest going further down for now, then heading up."
