Str save:4 although it would seem hard to resist the telekinetic shove just floating around. I don´t think we have a gem in the indentation just now though.
"What?"Avarice is mysteriously pushed into the driftglobe, instinctively holding his right hand up to protect himself.
(OOC: I agree that Avarice would not be sure about why he suddenly was shoved into the driftglobe, although he could surely have his suspicions based on who the last person was that he offended ;-)
Mulligan - rather than Deception, it would be a Stealth check if you're attempting to remain unnoticed. It would be contested with Avarice's (and the rest of the party's) passive Perceptions.
Either way - since it wasn't stated, I'll roll randomly to see if, or which gem, would currently be in the incantation. 3
The party watches as Avarice lurches forwards, propelled by some unknown force - and lays a hand over the pulsing Driftglobe, illuminated in the pale green glow emitted by the emerald. All Avarice registers is a moment of surprise as his hand collides with the driftlobe and - suddenly - a flash.
The party witnesses Avarice's form suddenly blink from existence. The driftglobe remains, pulsing and green - though all traces of the Tiefling have vanished as he is whisked elsewhere.
Avarice - a pulling sensation in the bottom of your stomach, akin to teleportation from high-caliber spells, along with your vision dimming with vertigo, signifies you are teleported somewhere in particular. A moment later and you feel yourself thrusted, hands and knees, onto stone identical to the one of the previous room. The air here is cool; almost heavy in nature. It makes moving an imperceptibly amount more challenging.
As you open your eyes, though - a stinging sensation assails them. Inhaling leads to instinctive choking as a horrible poison seeps into your lungs. In fact, a cloud of gas hangs over the room you are in - though six torches burning like coals through the oppressive fog, as well as the identical stone tile underneath, makes you believe you are in a different, but nevertheless, exact replica of the previous room. Check the discord for map 2.
Additionally, make me a Constitution saving throw.
Varan sees the floating form of Avarice seem to almost stumble into the driftglobe... and vanish. He also notes the green gem was locked in place first.
"Hmmn. Either our friend Avarice has been disintegrated, or he was just teleported out of here."
The stumble itself leaves him uneasy. Avarice was manipulating his body via magic. It is not as though he just tripped. Could it be this place is working against us more actively than we first thought? Perhaps our warden is here with us now in some form... looking to sabotage us.

"Whoa, hey!" Mulligan shouts out as Avarice basically just up and disappears! He adds some surprise to his actual surprise. He wasn't sure what he expected to happen but it certainly wasn't that!
Mulligan then quickly approaches the drift globe. "Looks like he found the way out..." Mulligan says consideringly. He reaches out towards the globe but hesitates. He does want out of here but he's not certain he wants to be alone with Avarice either.
"You all coming or not?" he calls out encouragingly...
((Evens and Mulligan reaches out to touch the drift globe and follow Avarice. Odds he waits and sees if the other party members are coming... - 2 And there we go!))
Mulligan finishes reaching out, jumping up if he needs to, and touches the drift globe himself meaning to follow Avarice out.

Wulgar has no idea what he is looking at when Avarice suddenly loses his balance, reaches out toward the globe and disappears. Then Mulligan walks over and disappears by purposely reaching toward the globe.
He looks to Keyleth, Varan, and Ragnar, and says “What do you think? I don’t see any ashes, they didn’t disintegrate, perhaps teleported? Strong magic here. What if we touched the red one?”
Ragnar draws Frost Brand and says to Wulfgar, "Perhaps they have been teleported out. Maybe they are somewhere that holds the clue to resolve this puzzle. If you are to touch the red, then I shall follow."
If the red gem is indeed slotted in, Ragnar will accompany Wulfgar and touch the driftglobe.

Assuming Ragnar, Wulgar and Keyleth have all been transported by the red gem, Varan is now alone in the room.
He looks around, walking the perimeter, searching again for any clue or hidden message that may have been missed in the confusion of so many strangers milling about. Investigation: 16
After a little while alone in the room, he will look up at the driftglobe. "Is that it? Do I win?" He then gives a little laugh and waits. He will give it 15 minutes or so to see if anyone returns.
Assuming no one comes back, after 15 minutes he will re-slot the emerald and touch the driftglobe.

The choking green fog surrounds Mulligan, Avarice, and the transported Vorax - you take half of 14 points of Poison for this round for both succeeding. We have effectively entered a turn-based system where rounds will be considered, though we aren't necessarily in an initiative order.
Reminder that skill checks / searching are an Action unless otherwise stated.
A flash rebounds through the green-fog filled room as Mulligan transports in as well, teleported by some mystic force. The fog is overwhelming - searing at flesh and eyes more painfully than fire can imagine. Mulligan and Avarice, I would like another constitution save.
Meanwhile, Wulgar and Ragnar - shortly followed by Keyleth - implant the red gemstone into the nodule. As the driftglobe turns a shade of glimmering scarlet, you extend your hands and touch the surface - it feels faintly hot to the touch, though a jarring sensation in your stomachs combined with your sight winking out indicates teleportation takes effect.
You materialize into a room identical to the first. The six torches crackle over the magical stonework below - though one stark difference is a lack of pillars, and a message scrawled in Common in elegant calligraphy below in a reddish-brown material;
"The rules are simple; the game - fair, As the key is something you all possess." Quench my thirst - though do take care, For what you spill will be your test."
Beyond that, the room is nondescript.
Varan, in the meanwhile, waits in the room...and fifteen minutes to pass strangely immediately. Varan feels the sensation time was somehow altered - as if Varan was made to experience fifteen minutes of time where the rest felt a singular moment. I'd like an Arcana or History check.
“Wait, what if it is piss? I’d rather quench the bastards thirst with my piss rather than my blood.” Wulgar tries to stop Ragnar before his blood hits the floor. “Let’s talk this over first.”

“That’s it. They want us to have a pissing contest! Watch out you two, I can peel the bark off a tree with this one.” Wulgar grabs his groin again. “Maybe let’s search the room again to see if those cheeky bastards left us any other clues like before. Keyleth what do you think? Do you have to tinkle? I sure do, we’ve been in here quite a while..”
Wulgar goes over to the northwest and southern corners of the room again, where the rubble is and starts to move the stones, picks up a few and chucks them across the room again. Afterwards, he kneels down to the ground to detect - is there a spiral pattern here, any indentations, or route for liquids to flow along?

Ragnar had been watching as the party fiddles with the gems and driftglobe. Puzzles bored him- they weren't exactly his forte.
