Akkron stands among his enemies, having killed one and severely wounded three others. Then he saw one of them attempt to flee, only to be cut down by the taskmaster. That gives him an idea...
"If you continue to fight us then you will die," he tells the grunts plainly. "But I can offer you a way out... stand down and let us slay those cowards who are driving you to the slaughter."
(OOC: so, there are currently 4 Zemochs, counting the two with death lances, still alive, correct?)
You are correct-2 grunts, 2 with the death lances. They continue to press they attack towards you and the barrier.

Lord Akkron, noting how effective it was last time, decides to cast steel wind strike a second time, attacking each of the four remaining Zemochs.
SWS 1: Attack: 32 Damage: 32 force
SWS 2: Attack: 25 Damage: 20 force
SWS 3: Attack: 19 Damage: 41 force
SWS 4: Attack: 26 Damage: 32 force
To prevent the two cowards in the back from retreating once their meat shields are gone, he will appear behind one of the two Zemochs wielding death lances when his attacks are finished.
The ghostly girl will then attack the nearest Zemoch that is still alive with its Deathly Touch attacks. If her attacks hit, the Zemoch will need to make a DC 24 Wis save or be frightened.
Deathly Touch 1: Attack: 26 Damage: 17 necrotic
Deathly Touch 2: Attack: 25 Damage: 14 necrotic
If anyone is left after all that, the zombie will stumble towards them and make a Slam attack.
Slam: Attack: 10 Damage: 10

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Khessa, seeing two enemies armed with Death Lance, a weapon whose effectiveness she knows from personal experience, is happy to still be Blurry... and when Master Akkron appears behind them, she hurries to reach him, continuing to deliver Death Lance thrusts as fast as lightning... either to quickly make her way through the survivors, or, if possible, to attack the two 'Zemochs-pushers'.
Tyekanik continues to attack with his long reach, hoping to stop anything approach, and definitely from passing.

As the fight has moved into the hallway, it is more constrictive than before. Mal has an angle to one side to shoot, Brother Maynard is moving to the opposite side to shoot. Tyekanik is in the center due to his size, Lord Akkron is behind the two remaining Zemochs, the ghostly girl and zombie nearby, Khessa just slightly forward of Tyekanik as Sparhawk moves in to support Mal and Maynard.

The Zemoch with the death lance, crumbles under your onslaught
As the two crumbles to the ground, their bodies joining those of the grunts, from around the corner strides a female in black half-plate armor with a tall black staff in one hand, and a thick rod hanging from a belt. She sees the carnage before her, and stops in place, shocked to see how many have fallen before your defenses. It appears she is thinking on what action she should do next

Akkron fixes his gaze on the newcomer... then casts tasha's mind whip. She needs to make a DC 24 Int save or take 6 psychic damage, in addition to losing her reaction and being forced to choose between taking an action, bonus action, or movement on her next turn.
"Try to take that one alive!" the lich tells his companions. "I suspect her station is far above the unfortunates whom we just finished dealing with..."
The ghostly girl will dash into a position behind the dark elf, cutting off any avenue of retreat. Should the dark elf succeed on her Int save, Akkron will cast silvery barbs to make her roll a second time and take the lower result, giving Khessa the advantage on her next roll.
