The blazing comet of starlight shoots forward from Artan's palm as they fade into visibility, and it strikes the Dryad. The thing screeches, and is badly wounded. Even a tiny bit more of damage would finish off it or the Beast
Ooze's Turn!
The Ooze is slow to act, but figures out what is going on and extracts the axe from within itself. It swings the blade around, and charges towards Beshlog, striking once with a heavy blow.
Corroded Acid Axe Attack VS. Beshlog: 23 to hit, 9 Slashing damage + 6 Acid damage
Dryad's Turn!
The Dryad is the most alert, and immediately flips their staff into their hand. They slam it into the ground, and entangling, thorn covered vines sprout from the ground, wrapping around Kordia. She must make a DC 14 DEX or STR save (her choice) or be restrained and take 15 Piercing damage.
Beshlog and Flax, GO!

Flax starts off by letting out a deep low growl, the type that sets your hairs on end and causes you to reconsider your life choices. (10ft radius. Enemies only. Wis save DC 15 or Frieghtened until end of Flaxs next turn)
His main action is to swing the blade, first at the beast, though if he fells him, then the dryad next.

I'm probably laughing.
It is apparently so hard to program Aberrant Mind and Clockwork Soul spell-swapping into dndbeyond they had to remake the game without it rather than implement it.

Flax let’s out a roar as the fangs of the Beast sink into their shoulder. His mighty voice shakes the chamber, sending the monsters reeling from the terrifying sound.
Beast’s WIS save: 10
The Beast lets out a hiss as the blade si-nks into its flesh. The first strike merely knicks the thing, but the second attack drives home, dealing a grievous blow.

Does Wither & Bloom no longer let you chose who doesn't get drained by it?
Does she need to Specify who in the area it does and doesn't affect?
And speaking of area. Besides the beast being on top of Flax (that she certainly couldn't target without hitting Flax), how many can Ember catch in a fireball WITHOUT blasting party members?)
How many could she catch in a Wither without getting party members?
Kordia shakes her head as she is pummelled by the thunderous arrow attack. Moving back behind (as much as there IS a behind when two creatures are tusseling!) the Beast, Kordia will again attempt strikes with her psychic daggers.
She wants the Elemental & Beast (at least, the more enemies the better) in the area of damage. If Kordia is in the area she gets the healing, else Artan or Flax gets it. No party members are targeted for damage.
"...one creature of your choice in that area can spend and roll one (2, cause 3rd lvl) of its unspent Hit Dice and regain a number of hit points equal to the roll plus your spellcasting ability modifier (+3)."
Action: Guiding bolt (1st level, Star map feature 1 of 3 free casts). A mote of starlight flies towards the elemental (28 to hit, 14 radiant damage)
Artanwill then start to glow. (Bonus action) His body becomes luminous; his joints glimmer like stars, and glowing lines connect them as on a star chart. This form sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. (The form lasts for 10 minutes) A constellation of an archer appears on him. (When you activate this form, and as a bonus action on your subsequent turns while it lasts, you can make a ranged spell attack, hurling a luminous arrow that targets one creature within 60 feet of you. On a hit, the attack deals radiant damage equal to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier.)
With advantage due to guiding bolt (I assume a 28 hits at least), 30to hit, 11radiant damage.
He might not be able to hear, but luckily he doesn't rely on hearing to fight. He was focusing on the dryad as a spellcaster, but after that arrow at him, the elemental is going down.
The arrow explodes, but Kordia manages to dodge out of the way. Artan, however, is not so lucky, as he is hit full force by the burst of storming sound. His ears ring and he stumbles back. But, even in a dazed state, the stars still guide him, as he sends forth a bolt of star energy. The energy streak forward, and hits the Elemental straight in the chest, burning a hole straight through it, revealing the glowing core of flame that resides within it.
The Elemental roars, and begins to focus, charging the core of fire within itself, as if it is about to release a blast of fire that shall decimate the whole party. Instead, the second bolt of stars strikes it straight in the core, and with a roar of pain and fury, the elemental overcharges, and explodes! Fiery ash reins everywhere, and flame explodes from the Elemental, destroying it. What makes this even more epic is the fact that the Dryad, who was too close to the Elemental, is struck by the flaming burst, and disintegrates with a horrible scream.
The Ooze looks around, and an audible gulp escapes from its body, a lump of ooze running down its body as if the bobbing of an adam's apple. The Beast stops its assault for a second, and howls in sadness and fury, then begins its assault anew.
Kordia, emboldened by success, dashes forward, blades of mind energy ready. She strikes forward, but only the first blade connects, stabbing into the head of the Beast, and it howls in pain, falling limp on top of Flax
Ooze's Turn!
The Ooze summons up all its power, and makes a desperate attempt to not die. Tendrils of ooze flow out from it, wrapping around the party, trapping them. EVERYONE must make a DC 13 DEX or STR save or be Restrained until the end of your next turn.

Okay, quick question: would using misty step to teleport somewhere else be an effective way to end the restrained condition early on the basis that Beshlog would no longer be in the space he was in when he was wrapped in goop?

When your nonpsionic training fails you, your psionic power can help: if you fail an ability check using a skill or tool with which you have proficiency, you can roll one Psionic Energy die and add the number rolled to the check, potentially turning failure into success.
