Kaladin getting tired of his companions antics slices his hand with his spearhead and closes his fist over the indentation in the altar letting his blood flow into it. If nothing happens Kaladin will again take up a guard position and be ready for an attack.
(There's not actually a cup or bowl in there. It's just a bowl-shaped indentation)
Vule searches the altar thoroughly, but is unable to find any sign of switches, pressure plates, or anything else besides what they had already seen. Kaladin shoves him out of the way and steps up to the altar, slicing his hand (take 4 damage) and letting the blood flow into the indentation. The blood pools for a moment, then seems to be absorbed into the altar. The front of the altar seems to flow apart, revealing a hollow compartment in the center with a chest in it. Opening the chest, you find 123 gold, 7 lapis lazuli (worth 10gp each), a wand, and a packet of powder.
Macketho hears the creatures, and says something. Creatures on the other side of door. Prepare to attack. Once everyone is ready, he’ll open the door and attack the nearest hostile.

The door opens to reveal a square room with an Orog and 6 Orcs in the center, all of whom turn to look as they hear the door open. Parts of the eastern wall on this side have collapsed, leaving rubble on the floor underneath (difficult terrain)

(Go ahead and do readied attacks then roll initiative. If you beat the enemy's roll, go ahead and take your first turn as well)

I'll move to M12 attack Orc 3, back up to N10 and hide as a bonus action. Stealth 16
(No need to reroll the readied attack, who is that one targeting? Then you still get the full first round, which would be moving forward to attack and then backing up, so would need a second attack roll for that)

Both attacks on orc 3, so the readied now my attack in initiative. Again with the bow. They haven't done anything yet so I still have advantage which also means sneak attack applies...?

(The readied attack was just a readied action, not a surprise round, so you only get the attack, can't move and hide as well with that one to get the advantage. Doesn't affect the attack roll, but does for the sneak attack for the second attack. I'm happy to see if anyone else rolls high enough on initiative and moves into melee and assume they took their action before you takeyour shot to get the sneak attack that way still)
