Vimak dashes back toward the cart. He carries two of the goblin bodies back to Herman and Cirrus. He waits behind them for a moment, to let them sneak ahead. Then he moves as stealthily as he can into the cave, watching for candle light and listening for sounds of trouble.

Gilari nods as a plan such as it is formed. "I would only say that as we have no idea of the layout ahead, then let us deal with the wolves we know rather than the goblins we don't." He strokes his chin for a moment. "And if we have heard their gnashing and wailing out here, then any who live inside their must also hear it too. Perhaps that will at least give us a measure of respite with our quiet approach, and any fighting we must do. Let us press on and find what await us."

Vimak dashes back to the cart, grabbing the two goblins, and heading back before everyone else heads in (as per your plan) 22, 23, 17 two oof the chains begin rattling as soon as footsteps echo softly through the cave, except for Gulari, who had found just the right way to step against the rock, to them, he was invisible, unaudible, and somehow, they just couldn't quite smell him....
Though any with discerning enough ears could tell that only two of the chains were rattling, the other was silent. Whether it was due to one of the wolves being free, or simply not noticing anyone was up in the air.
2207 <-- ignore. Invalid.
2 - 7 - 21 (Had forgotten to put pain disadvantage due to repeated attempts before on the wolves.. if i had used the top numbers.. all of them would have broken free...)
Once more they fail as the group approaches. In the inky darkness of the cave, as the group feels their way along the wall, the wall eventually bends inward. There is a faint light source coming from far behind the wolves, and up, though you can't quite tell from what. It does however cast enough shadows that you can see both the wolves and the worg, all tied up to a massive stalagmite(? tite? the ground one!) but only as deep shadows.
You see no other shadows except those of the cave rocks, and the wolves.
Herman stops moving and raises his hand to signal to the others to do the same. Seeing how awesome Gilari has been in hiding, he motions for Gilari to advance slowly and carefully peek around the corner to see where the light is coming from, how many wolves are there and if there are any goblins or worgs next to the wolves.
Gilari nods at Herman, and advances a few more feet to lean one eye around the corner to look at the wolves. Hungry, emaciated and chained, and not much of a threat if one of those three are removed muses the Goliath. He moves quietly back down to Herman and whispers into his ear "Food will solve this I think, throw in any rations or goblin bits we can and we should press on. It looks like nothing more than a kenneling area. I will step across the entrance and keep watch whilst the rest of you throw in the 'scraps' ".
Herman whispers back, "Do you think we could get the wolves to go deeper into the cave and eat the goblins if we feed them enough goblin flesh to get them wanting more goblin but not enough to fully satisfy them? Anyway we can get these wolves to do our killing for us?"
"They are chained, and yes though we have seen one break, if we feed them and quickly then we will have a their begrudging respect not their slavering jaws at our backs."
Cirrus, mentally taking back everything he said about Herman’s prospective skill with animals, tries to convince the Beasts himself, speaking very softly,
"Shh sh sh sh sh sh... " He notices the rib cages visible through these canine bodies, "You poor creatures, these goblins are starving you to death, aren’t they? Well if you don’t want any of that meat, .. " (Referring to the goblin flesh) "Then you can have some of this real food, but only if you behave, alright?r” Cirrus then gives all of the jerky in three of his ration boxes to each of the creatures if they are all being receptive (so now four of his boxes of rations are jerkyless, containing only dried fruits, hardtack, and nuts, while the 5th box has all those things, and jerky). Animal Handling: 12.
(I don't know if I earned advantage on that roll, but in the event I did, I'm just gonna our this Animal Handling advantage roll here: 11, in an attempt to not slow down the game at all.)
You can't drown someone with Create Water. If your lungs are containers than your bones are objects. Any Siege monster that attacks you deals double damage because it’s attacking your bones.
Gilari, silent as death itself, sneaks across the threshold to the other side. And he was quite right, the area they were in was essentially a kenneling area, other than the firelight coming from a gap in the back that seemed to be elevated.
Herman approaching with his goblin bits, as he attempts to threaten the wolves into submission or compliance... 17 - 16 - 11 they all lunge forward, attempting to snap at him, one of the chains can be heard audibly bending, weakening.... but not failing just yet. Soon Cirrus comes up behind, essentially tossing them most of a chunk of his rations, the wolves and worg eye him, a moment, before hungrily devouring the scraps, the worg however, stealing two piece of jerky for itself, as well as all of the goblin parts before shufflign off to the back with it's conquests, the two wolves being left with only a strip each. They begin shaking.... whimpering... begging for more as they look at cirrus. While the worg in the back keeps one eye on the group, it's teeth continuing to be bared.
Herman notices the worg he whispers to the party, "The wolves, we might be able to work with. The worg, probably not. What do you say we kill the worg right now and get that over with. Maybe that'll get the wolves on our side or something."
Cirrus approaches the worg and, while still keeping his voice down, but also trying to speak in an authoritative tone of voice, says "Hey, bad dog! No stealing food!", casting Vicious Mockery. The Worg must now make a DC 12 Wisdom save to avoid taking 4 psychic damage AND having disadvantage on his next attack roll. Cirrus, overcome by the sad look in the wolves' eyes feels compelled to help them however he can. Cirrus takes out his remaining jerky, and hold it in front of the wolves, trying to make them face away from the worg, he then looks at the rest of the party and jerks his head towards the feasting worg. While the rest of the party is fighting the worg, he will feed his remaining jerky to the two wolves. I don't know if I need to make an animal handling check to feed these wolves, but maybe I do to see how loyal they are? in any case, I got a 12 (Now, one could make the argument that feeding them when they are so hungry would earn an advantage roll, if that is the case, it would be 20).

Readied arrow attack rolls: 10 Dmg: 9

(If Cirrius needs more jerky, Herman has 10 rations. I'm sure there should be 10 pieces of jerky at the very least.)

The worg, in the middle of devouring a piece of goblin, cries out in pain as it's very mind is assaulted, however lightly. The worg on the otherhand..... attempts to snap it's chains with even less efficacy than before. It's jaw slathering right next to Cirrus' face, missing only by inches. If it ever got a hold of your neck......
Regardless, an arrow and an axe flew at the beast, the arrow unfortunately deflecting directly off the worgs metal collar, harmlessly, the axe however sinking deep into it's shoulder.
