Bastille says, "I'm not the best at sneaking though it does seem stealth is a good approach. Let's attempt sneaking. If we are found, I can turn into a Giant Spider to hold our foes down (restrain with web) while Vimak attacks them with his recently acquired morning star."
(Yes, this appears to be the general consensus. I would imagine we have some way of knowing where to go, as Bastille can direct us to where she saw two of the redbrands before, which the most we have for a lead.)

You can't drown someone with Create Water. If your lungs are containers than your bones are objects. Any Siege monster that attacks you deals double damage because it’s attacking your bones.
The group eventually leaves the Inn, Heading to the East side of town. The town seems normal.. or at-least as normal as a town beset by thuggish masters can be, which you admit, these people seem happier than they should be, but perhaps they're just that willful? Regardless, as the group leaves the Stonehill Inn, they pass a rugged looking taphouse Bastille found out was called the Sleeping Giant - holes in the roof, and a few rugged looking people outside it, who seem to pay your passing no mind. It's a place for Naerdowells.
Snow seemed to be blanketing the ground again, each step accentuated with a crunch of thousands of tiny fractals, but the time of day, amount of cloudcover, and the slight gleam it all gave off was rather beautiful, despite the slight dependency of the town around it.
Just past that, you see what looks like would normally be a farm, likely retried for the winter, awaiting spring. A low, stone fenceline that Bastille remembers on her way out. Leading into the forest, along the cliffside to the 'south' of Tresendar Manor, though none of you know that locations name. Walking just inside the brushline, as Bastille had the first time, you come across the entrance inside the cliff, Guarded by two people, though, not the same ones as before, Bastille can tell.
The group is far enough away that they haven't alerted anyone yet. Bot now I need to know what you all do, every action or roll. Etc.
To give you a visual clue as to where the party is, you are below the 'a' in Manor, but within the forest at the lowest part of the cliff on what would be 'ground level'
Vimak looks at the two guards. "Bastille? Can you web them both from here? Then I can dash close, maybe while Cirrus shoots arrows? How does that sound?"
Cirrus whispers, "No problem except for one problem: I don't have any arrows, nor an bow to shoot them with."

Bastille says, "I can't web both of them but I can use magic to restrain them both." She then turns to Cirrus and says, "I have a short bow but no arrows. You can use it if anyone has arrows."
"I don't have arrows. Sorry. Shouldn't have assumed," Vimak says. "But do we have enough of a plan?" He flexes and stretches. He hasn't been kidnapped, but he's sure the child is unhappy.
The two guards seem too distracted, or bored to notice the group talking openly in the forest near their hideout. Perhaps they figured by now that no one except the kid had the balls to consider looking around, for risk of injury, or worse. The two sitting down at the entrance, backs facing opposite directions. Both of them pulling out small bags of dice, and beginning to play one of the reams several pastimes. Beyond this, only the sound of the forest, flora, and fauna and the planning of a rather loud group of individuals who lucked out that the guards were so Idle.
However, the sound of several people walking in the direction of the tunnel entrance could be heard, perhaps a good 60 feet away, they were obviously making no attempt to mask their presence. You have a single round of posting (1 post each) to decide your plan of action, or course of action before this new group gets to where your group is.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bastille suggests making themselves scarce and attempts to hide in the forest and a bit away from the direction this new group is taking. .
Stealth: 21
(OOC: One question: After Bastille returned from scouting this place, did we take a short rest (1 hour) before coming back here? Because my wildshape is spent if we didn't)

Cirrus' stealth roll: 21
If he manages to fail catastrophically:
Now that Cirrus has accidentally drawn the full attention of the guards, who are now staring at him, he begins to approach slowly and calmly, hoping that his friends will do better than he. "Friends! I have a business proposal for you! One that will appeal to your two main interests: ease of living, and thirst for violence!"

Apparently far too distracted by their own meanderings, even the not-so-stealthy Vimak goes completely unnoticed. Oi, you 'eard about those brownnosers askin 'round town 'bout business what aint theres? Yeah, heard they came this way.... but no sign of em. If the farmer had just told us what he'd seen we wouldn't have had to kill him like that. Ha.. yeah... I wonder what his boy will fink when we tells him his fathers on the butchers rack? the conversation continuing along those lines until they reached the other two guards, after which, some yelling could be heard.
Oi oi oi, why are you interrupting our game. No one cept the twink dares come around here.... Oh? Well a source tells us otherwise. We heard there's been some snoopers up in our arses. Keep an eye out ya twats, they might be headed this way. Yeah yeah, we go it... both of them say as they begin to pick up their dice. But just after the group of four go inside, plus a few moments for assurance, the two sat down again to play, saying Oh no, the local tailor is gonna weave a pillow and smother us! Haha Yeah, right, She'd sooner bed us than smother us. Too afraid of what might happen.
(sounds like you guys have some plans, just waiting on a course of action to be chosen.)

"I agree with Cirrus that the child should be our focus. Let's sneak in. We might be able to escape with it without having to fight."

((So, confirming, are you guys attempting to sneak in then? I haven't heard a solid 'this is what we're doing' so i'm making sure before proceeding))
