Tomoe's bolt pierces the gray ooze and all 3 oozes move toward the party. They move as fast as jelly can, ending only 10ft away from the party. Kate, Lucia and Priya expected this so they hold their ground.

DM: I realized that I was being unfair by not posting monster health. So I'm going to start doing that now from this post. My usual style of keeping monster HP secret works better with a team of PCs but not with a team of 1 PC and 3 DMPCs. If I've taken this much from video games, might as well go the full 13 yards (or whatever that expression is.)

Enemy HP situation:

 Tomoe fires off another bolt but the shot misfires. Lucia seems to have made a silent plan with Kate. She shares a look with the brown haired barbarian before jabbing the Ooze3 with her fist and whiffing a kick at Ooze2. Kate Then swings her sword to cut through Ooze3 and then she puts even more strength behind the blade, making wild devastating cut on Ooze2. Priya tries to finish the ooze but it resists her magic. Ooze1 is hit though and it is pissed. It retaliates against the bard but Priya bends backwards to avoid the acidic swing. Ooze2, attacks Kate and manages to burn her skin with a light sprinkling of acidic slime.

Tomoe fires off a bolt at the gravely injured Ooze2. However the shot hits the creature at a bad angle, doing minimal damage. Lucia ignores Ooze2 and strikes at Ooze1.

Kate smirks, seeing the sorry condition of Ooze2. She turns to Tomoe and says, "Good work, girl. You set us up to finish these slimeballs." Kate throws herself at the ooze like a missile. She bursts through Cuts through Ooze2 and the splatters Ooze1 along the slimy floor with a wild swing.

Tomoe gets 75 XP. Reward for killing the 3 Oozes is: 465 GP

With the oozes out of the way, you see that the path ahead of you leads to a large room. This room is cold, damper and incredibly stinky. There are multiple hills in the shape of volcanoes. They may look like Mini-Volcanoes but there aren't Instead, they are the ooze spawning vats. Basically this is where baby ooze develop. They are brought here after being born to be fed and grown into adult grey ooze. This is basically the ooze nursery and the three ooze that were guarding the place where probably the slimy nurses.

Tomoe high fives kate and Lucia, and when no one is looking, gives Lucia a firm squeeze of her butt leaving a slimy hand print.

Alright, let us proceed with caution. I doubt those were the only slimes guarding the nursery. 

"Actually..." Priya says, "Slime nests don't get very big so I think those were the only guards."

So, we break the nests and kill the babies? Then go down the other tunnel? Or is the job done with the nest ?

"Hah No! We just killed the nurses in the spawning vats. Now we go and find the queen and kill that. The queen is the large ooze that mothers all the oozes here. If we kill her, we'll be able to exterminate the nest." Priya says.

I suppose the Queen ooze isn't in this nursery . So we go back down the other tunnel and find and kill it?

Kate holds her nose and says, "Honestly I want to get out of here. This place reeks like it's nobody's business."

Lucia says, "We're definitely going to need another bath after this."

Alright, let's kill a slime queen and mayhaps spend some more time at the baths.

Tomoe starts to head back to the other tunnel.

The other tunnel goes down further ends in a space that goes north and another path that goes west.

West please.

Going west leads to a slimier and slimier place. Lucia gets her guard up and says, "I think we're heading straight for the queen. Keep your guard up everyone."

Tomoe ready her crossbow, keeping here eyes and ears ready for the slightest hint if an enemy.

You all soon arrive at the queens chamber. It is a large circular space with stalactites on the ceiling. Upon closer inspection, the rocky spines on the ceiling aren't stalactites, they are crystallized slime. In the center of the room is another volcano like crater. It is filled with oily slime. There are 4 Grey oozes here.
