Ethan takes in the boots and thieve's tools with a frown. "We need to stay together it seems." He says. "Anyone able to use those tools, probably shouldn't just leave them laying around." He then moves back in to check out this secret passage.
Bhuraelea picks up the tools and has a look around for any other traces left behind by Sin. If he doesn‘t find anything, he will follow Ethan and take a look at the hidden room.

Close inspection reveals that the skeleton belonged to a human who triggered a poisoned dart trap. Three darts are stuck in the dead adventurer’s armor and rib cage. The dart-firing mechanism inside the chest no longer functions.
The chest contains three blank books with black leather covers (worth 25 gp each), three spell scrolls (bless, protection from poison, and spiritual weapon), the deed to the house, the deed to a windmill, and a signed will.
Nip takes a random book or two and stuffs them in his shirt.
