Sorry, what is the point of this then? I thought we were doing a progression... Wasn't it that we win 3 and we level up? Why start all over again at level 3? I am a bit lost here I think. If it is going to just be this same progress, again and again, without adding anything to the characters, then I will probably bow out.
Also, as far as banning items go, I could make a dozen different characters, all of which use some item, or even no items, to make them very hard to defeat by some kind of enemy. The winged boots are good, I will give you that, but it all depends on strategy, not really the items. I have no trouble not taking winged boots, but then I would like to know what you do when someone casts a darkness spell and then, with devil's sight, blasts at everyone from inside that darkness. If that was done, instead of just starting with a movement an eldritch blast, in Wilm's last battle, I am pretty sure wilm would have lost. The only chance he had to win that was to take his enemy down with his first series of strikes. He did not even use his winged boots that round, nor any other magic item for that matter.b
Im sorry i forgot to change that... I mean we could do that but idk how to we would do it that without some people becoming increasingly powerful while others are stuck at lvl 3. We were going to have the winners of the different arenas face off in a 1v1v1 but we didnt have enough applicants and i didnt want to keep u waiting. One option is to have everyone lvl up with each tournament but idk if u guys want to do that if u do please let me know.
The winner of each tournament levels up. Then we start the next round. Everyone making a new character makes it at the new level.
For gear I would suggest we add in a second uncommon item for everyone at level 4. At 5th level I would suggest that increases to a rare item. I'd suggest some uncommon items, rare items, and, even very rare items as the levels progress.
This way everyone continues to use more powerful characters as the game continues. I would guess most people aren't going to want to keep throwing around 3rd-level characters again and again.

we are waiting for the other players to lvl up
Guessing this is not allowed, as they do not allow flight. If they allow a flying race, then that kind of throws out the not allowing flying.
Yes that is correct.
Ok, then no fligh: Updated
