Sythm waits patiently while Gogon rushes forward and hurls his spear at the creature. With the inspiration from Boomer, the spear strikes the hydra and a blast of necrotic energy weakens it further. The flash of ice that bursts from Gogon's mouth freezes one of its heads off entirely and the remaining four heads screech in pain. Just as this happens two heads start to regrow from the place where the hydra's head was frozen, but the ice that encases the head prevents it from regrowing at all. As the hydra steps forward into the flames, it doesn't appear to be harmed by the large fires in the center of the room, but this does cause Sythm to release his spell.
Gogon's eyes widened as the hydra transformed. "Well done!" he called out to Sythm, before turning back to the rat, then scratching his head as his expression became one of confusion.
(( Not gonna queue, he'll want to see what everyone else does first. Also, @Math, I think Gogon should be up by 12 HP from his tattoo's healing? ))

Seeing the rat scurry away, Chan pulls out his sparkling wand, points it towards the creature, and waits until all his companions are ready before loosing the spell.

Seeing Chan preparing his wand, Sythm calls to Wira: "Move Get over there and hold that rat! Don't let him escape! Don't fear what's to come, you're always in me!" He moves a bit away from Chan as well and waits, maintaining concentration on the spell, and his defences. Then, Wira runs towards the mouse and tries to catch it with her teeth.

Wira runs to W-10 and tries to grapple the rat (if she succeeds, the rat can't move and gains no benefit from the Dodge action). Athletics: 3. Wira's save against Chan's spell, if needed: 11.

Sythm points at the Hydra with his wand, though he doesn't use the wands magical capabilities. Rather, he just uses its wood to focus his magical powers on the Hydra. "Wira, move out of the way!" He calls, and cold energy starts to beam from the wand to the Hydra. Then, Wira teleports away from the Hydra, leaving a small blast behind.
BA: CWS. Action: Cast Frostbite. Hydra must succeed on a DC 15 Con save or take 6 cold damage and have disadvantage on its next attack roll until the end of its next turn.
Wira uses her Firey Teleportation action to teleport to S-12. Hydra must succeed on a Dex save (DC 15) or take 7 fire damage.
Chan's toll burns itself into the hydra's mind as it writhes in pain from the tolling bells. Meanwhile, Yuno takes the opportunity to smash the third head in with her massive hammer. Unfortunately, after crushing the head, the blood and gore distract her from placing her second strike as well, and it bounces harmlessly off of the hydra's scales. Sythm also starts to focus and sends a blast of cold energy in its direction. When the freezing blast strikes the hydra, the hydra roars in pain even though the blow did not seem to do that much damage. You all watch as the cold energy seals the three gaping holes where heads used to be. As Wira teleports away, the flame blast she leaves behind is unable to penetrate the Hydra's thick hide. Finally, Gogon leaps into action on the offensive with two spear thrusts that manage to lop off the fourth head, leaving the hydra with only one head remaining. As the cold energy from Sythm's spell finishes sealing the last head, and Gogon's last kick bounces harmlessly off of the creature's scales, its last head rears back and breathes a gout of flames at Yuno and Gogon.
Seeing his cold spell had a good effect, Sythm repeats his last spell, but this time he commands Wira to fire from a distance.
BA: CWS. Action: Cast Frostbite. Hydra must succeed on a DC 15 Con save or take 4 cold damage and have disadvantage on its next attack roll until the end of its next turn.
Wira uses her Flame Seed attack. Attack: 24 Damage: 5.
As the ice from Sythm starts to creep up the hydra's last head, Wira's fire slams into it, and although it isn't very effective, it is enough of a distraction for Yuno to plant both her hammer and rapier into the creature. As Yuno swings furiously at the creature, its last head comes cleanly off, and Sythm's frost finishes spreading to seal the wound. As this happens, the rest of the creature's body disappears, and 7 pillars rise from the ground along with a single sack of coins (25 GP) that appears where the hydra died.
