Savage attacker is always a good choice if you want to focus on damage.
Aside from that, it depends on a number of factors (your Ability scores, the style of the campaign, the composition of the party [to an extent]...). A bit more info on these should help us advice you better.

I tend to recommend Great Weapon Mastery for great axe barbarians. Even if you never use the power attack feature, another free attack when you kill a mook is good. Actually, I pretty much tend to recommend a Mastery feat for your first ASI/feat. Polearm Mastery, Duel Wielder, Sharpshooter, Great Weapon Mastery, War Caster (if gish), Spell Sniper (if not gish), Shield Mastery, Crossbow Expert. This fleshes out your combat abilities for a nice hike in accuracy / damage. Savage attacker is great when crit-fishing. Definitely something to look into later as a barbarian.
Personally, when using Strength-based builds... this is a bit meta-game thought, but let me ask this - does your GM do random treasure, or do they take your input? Because if the latter, then getting your hands on a Belt of Giant Strength makes having all those STR bumps meaningless, and I've personally found that CON bumps aren't that big of a deal once you get to a high level as a barbarian (assuming a CON of 16). You might want to hold off any attribute bumps as a result. If you don't think you have a good chance of getting a belt, then bump up your strength after level 4.
I had considered Orcis fury, It would increase my con to 16 so a hp and ac bump. Plus a few skills. I was aiming for more of a tank build, by taking the totem warrior path.
I go shield and long sword , having a +1 longsword. occasionally going two handed
as for the rest of the party :
Necro driuid ( the new UA one its name escapes me).
Definitely Shield Master if you want to keep the longsword route. Shield Master lets you make a bonus action shove, and if you do that while Raging, you'll get advantage on the shove. This will knock the target prone (almost with 100% accuracy), and let not only yourself, but your teammates get advantage on attacks against him. Your rogue will love you.

What would be the better option for a half orc barbarian at lv 4, Stat bump or choose a feat? If the later which one

Shield Master or a Con-bumping feat, then beg your DM to let you find gauntlets of ogre power or a belt of giant strength at some point.
