I started a revised ranger when I could just use things on a paper sheet, now that I've completely migrated to Dndbeyond and I'm thinking of playing her again, I have no idea how to actually get her up on dndbeyond.
Has anyone actually used UA ranger on here? How did you go about it?
It was available on here while it was still part of UA. They "decommissioned" the Revised Ranger a while back so it's no longer available. It's my understanding that you can still use characters created with it while it was active, but you can't (now) create new characters with it.
You might be able to homebrew the differences into a custom subclass, but I'm not sure how extensive the differences are.
You can create a home brew subclass to do half the work for you but it won't do everything, I have done this and it's not perfect.
Things that are different in the base class like number of attacks can't be changed but you can add in duplicate weapons, reduce their weight to 0lbs then add +2 mods to damage and rename them for your preferred enemy.
Also once you hit level 3 the extra buff to natural explorer can be added to the subclass.
You can't publish it as it is too similar to the official stuff and DnDB flags it as a copyright problem so I can't send you the link.
