Sorry if this doesn't fit into the subcategory, but I have been having trouble finding the right place for it.

I am trying to make a Goliath that I want to name "Earthshaker" in the giant tongue, but I don't seem able to find any dictionaries for the giant language anywhere.  I have seen the giant script, and I found what purported to be a dictionary on fandom, but neither has helped.  The fandom dictionary wasn't a dictionary either,  though it claimed to be.

I also attempted to translate "Earthshaker" into Icelandic using Google translate and got "jarðarhristari" but as I don't understand Icelandic, I am not sure what that says. The reverse translation doesn't seem to work either.

Any ideas on how I would say "Earthshaker" in giant?

There is no official giant language, so there's no right answer. You can just make up a word. Or translate it into another language that sounds 'giant' and use that.

Thanks, guys.   Thought maybe since giant was one the languages that had an official script, maybe there was a dictionary for too.

Since Icelandic seems to be the closest living real-world language to the mythical Jotun language, I think I will go with what google translate says and nickname him; Jaro, so he has a name I can say.  Which might be thematic actually,  Goliaths typically have a nickname, and it would make sense him to go with a name easily pronounced in common.  Primarily because I need to be able to say his name.

So; Jaro, it is.

I might have to keep his real name secret though until I learn to say it in Icelandic.
