The problem with this, is that I think it has to many Abilities per Use to keep track of and abilities in general, what are all of your thoughts in making this easier to manage?
Yeah, unless a monster is unique, or BBEG material, it should generally be over-simplified. Most of the abilities will likely never be used, or at least not be used effectively.
Regular monsters can essentially ignore short/long rests. They will be at full power when they encounter the party, and then either die, kill the party, or vanish into the fog.
Traits like "Servitude" are probably better as part of its description, rather than a statblock line.
Simplify the attack options to just one melee and one ranged option. (You can just assume that it is dual wielding katanas, or that the wakizashi does the same damage.)
Get rid of "Bushido Code", get rid of "Kenjutsu" and "Kyujutsu", and remove the cost for the martial stances. If it benefits from changing stances more than twice in a single combat, then you could give it a recharge rate, like a breath weapon. (Recharge 5-6)
You could save more space, and retain some features by creating variants. "Blade Master", "Zen Archer", "Aikido Senpai", or whatever. Let there be some common traits, but otherwise, let them specialize. Then, if you need a named character, you can add unique traits to that specific instance.

Thank you I will keep that noted.
